Amazing Day of Wedding Coordinator

After finding our venue, I spent months debating if we needed a wedding coordinator for our small intimate wedding. Let you tell you that hiring Shannon was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Shannon helped provide names of other vendors, she answered all my questions via phone, text, or email quickly, and she had wedding decor that we were able to borrow. We were able to met Shannon one time before the wedding, and to be honest that was enough. Between our phone calls and text messages, she had every detail down. After sharing with her our vision, we didn't have to do anything else and our wedding was perfect!

Shannon was incredible! She was the calm in the storm and helped make our wedding day fantastic for all. She was so helpful with the planning and worked seamlessly with all our vendors. Shannon was the first one there and the last to leave and was very professional.

A calm, safe pair of hands for our wedding

Shannon was the coordinator for our wedding at Pinecrest Chalet in June 2023. We had guests on-site from Friday evening through Sunday lunch and Shannon was there making sure everything went smoothly almost that entire time. She managed all of our vendors, and quietly and quickly solved any issues that came up (so much so that we didn't really know about any until well after the wedding). She worked tirelessly both in setup and takedown and went far beyond what we had imagined a coordinator job description to entail. In the end, her work meant that we (and our guests) could fully enjoy our wedding weekend.

Calm, helpful, organized Day of Wedding Coordinator

We did quite a bit of planning on our own but realized we really could benefit from a day of wedding coordinator. Shannon G. did a fantastic job in that role. She worked well with everyone and kept things flowing smoothly all day and evening. She puts everyone at ease, is personable and well organized.

Small example: When Fedex lost our guest place cards which were to arrive well before the wedding (which matched theme of our invites, menues, and table cards), we came up with a plan B (restaurant provided cards) and C (self printed cards) if they didn’t arrive in time. Shannon found an *even better* solution - she got them printed locally from the proof file we had and no one knew the difference. We would highly recommend her!

Shannon is a wonder!

I assisted with flowers at my niece's wedding and besides all of Shannon's many duties as coordinator, she was always available to help me when I needed it. She seemed to be able to appear in many places at once since, everyone who needed her help commented that she was always there and with a smile and a solution! She manages all of the many details of a wedding with an amazing sense of calm and competency. She puts everyone at ease during those stressful moments and makes the wheels of a wedding turn with great fluidity. Shannon is the coordinator I would choose every time!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!

Shannon Guzzetta at Key Details is THE BEST. Originally I didn't think we needed a wedding coordinator. I was wrong! We hired her as a day-of coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond, helping our day (which was actually a whole weekend, and somewhat DIY) run smoothly. I think it would have been chaos without her. And I actually don't think I would have enjoyed myself that much without her help! With Shannon around, I was able to relax and enjoy. She was not only incredibly competent, but she has such a calm temperament, while still being tuned into all the details, and her calm demeanor was really appreciated during the wedding buzz. I would recommend Shannon to anyone looking to hire a wedding coordinator.

Excellent.

Shannon with Key Details LLC. Provided excellent service to me and my daughter (the bride). She is highly professional, knowledgeable, creative, and stays calm when things get stressful. She always gave us honest and helpful advice and was flexible when the situation called for it. She was so helpful and was always there when we needed her. She was also just such a nice person and made our whole experience fun. We will miss her!
