Put simply, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without Katie!

Katie not only guided us through the entire wedding planning process with such grace and expertise, but she also did an outstanding job managing the added challenge of coordinating between two different time zones—me being in Chicago for my MBA and Artie in Boston. Despite the distance and our busy schedules, she was always available for a call or text whenever we had questions. She always made the wedding process feel so easy and seamless and we can never thank her enough for that.

Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the team of all-star vendors she helped us select was beyond amazing. From the cake to the sailboat escort card display, the light-up tunnel, and after-party decor, every aspect exceeded our expectations. There isn't a single thing we would have changed, and we’ve been reflecting with so much joy on how special the entire experience was. We even cried happy tears the next day just thinking about it!

Our guests can’t stop raving about how magical and well-executed everything was, and that’s all thanks to Katie and her incredible work. While it’s bittersweet that the planning process is over, we’re so grateful for the photos and videos we’ll have to relive it forever.

Katie, what started as a professional relationship turned into a genuine friendship, and we miss working with you already! We can’t recommend Katie enough to anyone planning their wedding—she truly made our dreams come true.

Hiring Katie and Sarah was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. They helped us find all of our vendors (which were all amazing!) including our photographer, band, and venue. Katie made sure we had the best available, and always made sure to keep our budget in mind.

We had the unfortunate circumstance of having to move our originally planned wedding due to Covid. When this happened, I couldn't have been happier to have Katie by our side. She understood how upsetting it was for us to have to push out our plans by a full year, but also was able to quickly turn around new date options and had connected all of our vendors to ensure they were still available. I was shocked how easy she made it look to push out a wedding (when I'm sure on her end it wasn't!) I truly don't know what we would have done without her.

Once our wedding finally happened, Katie made sure the day was perfect and there wasn't a thing for us to worry about. She was with myself and the bridesmaids as we got ready while an assistant was with my husband and his groomsmen. I had the most relaxing time as we were getting ready while she steamed all of our dresses and coordinated vendors coming to the hotel and those arriving at the venue.

I tell everyone planning a wedding to hire a planner, and anyone getting married in the RI/MA area to absolutely reach out to Katie and Sarah for their services. By the end of our long planning journey Katie felt like family, and I am very thankful to have had her!!

We hired Katie as our “Day Of” Wedding Coordinator, and from the moment we met her, we knew we’d hit the jackpot. Her personality is perfect for her role. She’s vibrant, gracious, confident, receptive and attentive. She immediately “got us” and captured every detail of our vision for the big day, as she offered critical insights into the best way to execute our plan. Her professional demeanor and expertise were instantly calming, reassuring and affirming.
On the morning of the wedding, Katie was incredibly energized and helpful, yet so discrete that she never “took up space”. She quietly steamed all our dresses, on her knees, for hours (NOT in her job description), as she kept us on schedule AND averted disaster! An hour before departure, the bouquets arrived, NOT as ordered. Katie wisely took the problem out of earshot to avoid distressing the bride and did her magic! The florist came to my home and redid them! Day saved! Katie’s assistance to the bride was stellar, but she also helped me stay on task and even helped me dress and get out the door!
All day long, Katie seemed to be everywhere at once, though I never saw any exertion, frustration or tension. She quietly and efficiently kept the ball rolling, calmly ushering people and pieces from the house, onto the trolley, into the church, down the aisle, off to the reception, and onto the buses at the end of the night. She seamlessly managed the overall flow, while attending to small details, like protecting the bride’s veil from shrubs and shoes, handing me the mike for my speech, and making sure the photographer didn’t miss a shot.
All we could say at the end of the day is ‘”What would we have done without Katie?” She is a professional powerhouse and an absolute pleasure to be around. Katie’s services were invaluable! From set up to clean up, Katie smoothed the way and relieved every burden that would have fallen on me as MOB. She is the perfect insurance for a perfect day.
