Katelyn was the best investment we made as part of our wedding!! She is an incredible photographer and so great to work with. She helped me create a detailed timeline to make sure we fit everything in, she was beyond fun to work with on the day of the wedding, and our sneak peek photos (which she got to us in less than a week) are flawless. We CANNOT WAIT to see the full album!!!!

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Siesta Key Florida and well destination weddings come with its challenges. We didn’t have referrals from friends and family or personal experiences when it came to hiring our vendors. So, we relied on reviews, big reason why I’m writing this one today and also the owner of the location where we got married whom provided a list. We didn’t have the availability to meet with everyone in person so when it came to hiring and making decisions we were nervous to say the least, especially our photographer because let’s be honest your photographer IS the most important decision of your wedding day besides of course the person you’re marrying :) Our first phone call with Katelyn left us feeling very relieved. We connected immediately, she was super calm and in turn helped us remain calm with such a big decision. I should mention before speaking with Katelyn we were almost decided on a local photography team and flying them down to shoot our wedding. Katelyn’s wedding experience and specifically beach wedding is what confirmed our decision to hire her (sun and sunsets are loved or hated, it all depends on who is behind the camera). A huge plus was the fact that she had shot at the same location we were getting married several times (Sunset Beach Resort) so she already knew the perfect locations for the perfect shots!
We met Katelyn for the first time on our wedding day and of course she arrived early and was prepared and ready to go. She was not just our photographer she acted as a coordinator, coordinating between our DJ and our officiant on when to cue the music for the ceremony and when to stop the music as well as introductions. She kept us on time and moving getting all beach photos done before the sun went down! Y’all that sunset waits for no one! A good friend of mine had bought these amazing sparklers and wanted to get a specific shot on the beach and the sparklers weren’t lighting initially and we didn’t think we were going to be able to get the shot. Katelyn rounded everyone up quickly, got them in line and everyone in order and got the perfect shot! Thank you Katelyn so much that photo is epic! We got several compliments from our guest on how professional Katelyn is and how well she connected with them immediately like they knew each other well before the wedding day. Katelyn has a keen ability to bring out the unique personality of the bride and groom in her shots and our photos are no exception. We are extremely happy with the memories of that day through the photos that we have and will cherish for years to come. So, congratulations your search for a wedding photographer has come to an end! Katelyn was one of the best decisions we made with our wedding. I went through a lot of reviews for wedding photographers on wedding websites but I’m so happy I found Katelyn. The photos turned out beyond what we ever expected. We chose Katelyn because of her creativeness and attention to detail. Although having a wedding during the pandemic was stressful, Katelyn really helped us make the best out of our day. Not only she was on top of things but she was very punctual, supportive and attentive to all of our needs. She truly loves what she does and it definitely shows! Working with Katelyn was an absolute dream. For our wedding in Key West I always had the dream of our photos being captured in the perfect golden hour light amongst the boats in the marina and Katelyn exactly captured that perfectly. She is extremely dedicated to her clients and fulfilling exactly what they want. Not only is her work beautiful but she is so fun to work with! It was a blessing being recommended to use her through mutual friends and hopefully will have the joy of working with her again in the future for other occasions!

We had imagined for our special day to be very simple and a little untraditional, Katelyn accommodated so well. Everything went smoothly and exactly how we had envisioned.

I simply cannot recommend Katelyn highly enough to anyone searching for their perfect photographer! We planned a last minute wedding, and Katelyn made the photography side of things as seamless as could be. On the day of, she showed up and instantly gave me a sense of calm and even jumped in to pin the boutonnière and help button up my dress. She kept herself busy photographing the details when I wasn’t quite ready and didn’t waste a single minute on the clock. She made the best of a hot afternoon on the beach, and you would have never known by the pictures that there were glares and sweat everywhere! So professional, timely, and easy to work with!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Katelyn! She was one of the first vendors that we booked and we’re so glad that we did. After taking a look at her website, we immediately knew that her style was exactly what we wanted for our wedding! Katelyn always went over and beyond to answer all of our questions and be super helpful. She even squeezed us in to do our engagement pictures (in the humid Florida heat) when she was 8 months pregnant! Katelyn was always super organized and helped us feel at ease during the planning process and on our special day. She always knew what to say to make us comfortable and keep us smiling :) Once we received our photos back from Katelyn we were absolutely blown away. They came out better than we could have ever imagined and we will always cherish them. We could have not made a better decision then using Katelyn Prisco Photography! Since I planned from Michigan, I really had no idea where to take pictures or what I wanted exactly - but she was familiar with the venue and took us to the best spots for the most AMAZING and beautiful photos - we will literally cherish the moments captured by Katelyn and her second shooter forever and we can't thank them enough. It's hard to put in words how amazing Katelyn is! From the moment I connected with her, she came highly recommended from my venue and wedding planner, I felt like we instantly clicked. She is beyond talented and truly makes you feel like you are the most important couple. If I can give one piece of advice, spend the money on your photographer and look no further than Kate!!! These will be one of the most treasured pieces of your day you will always be able to keep and look back. Katelyn had my husband Kyle and I laughing and feeling so comfortable during our Engagement shoot in Sarasota. We currently live in Tampa and Katelyn helped us scope the best location out for our pictures, we even used one of them as our Christmas cards and got so many compliments. Day of, Katelyn was extremely professional and truly an angel. When nerves were running high she was there to calm you down and capture the moment from start to finish. To top it all off, she welcomed her son a few weeks before our wedding date (her actual due date was 2 weeks before) and this working mom did not skip a beat! Never once did I feel like Katelyn didn't make me feel like I was her top priority. I'm in awe of how she was able to "do it all". Our pictures are truly ones I always saw in magazines and it's crazy to look at them and see my husband and I as the center of them. I wish I could give 10 stars because Katelyn deserves every one of them, look no further-you've found your photographer :)
