Katella Bakery gave us a fantastic cake that matched exactly what we wanted and tasted delicious. Their tasting kit was huge and let us try so much of their variety. We opted with a french buttercream frosting, vanilla cake, and dulce de leche filling. We sent a few ideas for how we wanted the cake to look, and their decorator matched it exactly. Our guests loved the cake, and we had plenty left over for after the wedding. We are long time customers of Katella Bakery and were glad to have them as part of our special day.

After four failed cake tastings, we were saved by Katella Bakery! We chose Katella Bakery to make our wedding cake and they did an absolutely stunning job! After meeting Amber at a bridal expo, I was reminded of Katella Deli and informed that they do wedding cakes. I used to frequent the restaurant often as a child with my grandmother who has passed, so it felt very special to have them make our cake.
Our consultation was wonderful and the cake was so moist and yummy! They cared to really help design our cake with us and really brought our vision to life. Our wedding was on a warm August day and the buttercream held up perfectly at our outdoor reception at Bowers Museum.
Eric, the head decorator did an absolutely superb job and we are so grateful to him! Our cake had pretty "old-school" elements, including ornate piping and pillared tiers. ALSO! The cake tasted AMAZING! We had multiple flavors and the couple I was able to taste were superb. I highly recommend going with Katella Bakery for your cake needs.

I WENT TO A BRIDAL EXPO IN ANAHIEM AND THAT IS WHERE I WAS ABLE TO TASTE THEIR RED VELVET CAKE IT WAS REALLY GOOD. I HAD CHANGED MY DESIGN TWICE WITHOUT ANY HASSEL EXCEPT THAT THE DESIGN I WANTED HAD TO BE DESIGNED WITH FONDANT, MY CAKE WAS BEAUTIFUL IT WAS A THREE TIER BUT IT LOOKED BIGGER, IN ANYCASE IF I HAD THE CHANCE AGAIN I WOULD HAVE MADE THEM MAKE IT WITH WHIP CREAM, FONDANT CAKES DO NOT TASTE VERY YUMMY. OVER ALL VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Eddie and I just absolutely love the attention that was given to us when we had the cake tasting for our wedding cake. Amber is the bomb! She's fun, knowledgeable, experienced and gave us a lot of cost saving ideas. Not to mention the cakes are amazing! Thank you so much for everything Amber =)

The taste of my wedding cake was amazing! They decorated my cake on site with some extra fresh flowers I had used in my bouquet. The price was great and they listened to my needs!

The cake was beautiful! It was just like the picture I took in to them. and the price was $155. to feed 100 people. and we still have cake left over almost a week later. Highly recommend them for any occasion.

We waited untill the week end before my wedding to get our wedding cake. As soon as we called Katella, I knew we would be ok. Cindy was very helpful and worked with our ideas to help us stay whithin our budget. Truly a great job! Everyone loved out wedding cake.

Although we did not end up going with Katella Bakery, it did come down to this place and the one we chose for our wedding cake. The cake tasting was nicely done, probably the best we went through, with several selections set up for us to taste. There was more than enough to do the tasting. Their cakes are delicious and their decorating was beautiful. They offer a lot with their packages. We ultimately decided to go with another baker, but it was a hard choice and anyone who picks them will not be disappointed.
