I don’t think I could ever write enough about how amazing our wedding coordinator was. Jessica and her team helped make our dream wedding come true and so much more! She was amazing with communication and contacting vendors and being on top of every thing no matter how big or small. The best decision I made for our wedding day (besides choosing the person I married of course!) was working with Katherine and her team. My review is long overdue, but I wanted to thank Katherine from the bottom of my heart for being absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment we met her, she was professional, organized, and made the planning process much more straightforward. I truly can't say enough positive things to convey how talented Katherine is as a wedding planner. She was resourceful, calm and detailed throughout the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly. I have since been to a few weddings and, while they were beautiful and enjoyable, I noticed a few hiccups that could have been avoided with an experienced wedding planner. Our wedding was the best day of my life, and I have Katherine to thank for making it one of the most stress-free days as well. I recommend her without reservation to any bride-to-be.

Our venue required a day of coordinator and we also needed advices throughout the planning process so Katherine drafted a service plan that includes day of coordinator along with partial planning services. She is detail-oriented and was on schedule with all the meetings. She provided us a wedding timeline schedule and budget excel sheet to help us along the way. Katherine and her team were fantastic and we're glad to have them taking care of us.

I’m incredibly grateful that Katherine was our day-of-coordinator. Due to some unexpected circumstances, I was without a day-of-coordinator weeks before the wedding. I frantically reached out to Katherine, who I had met 7 months prior at a bridal expo. Not only did she remember me (she must have met hundreds of people since then!), but she also responded the next day and we were able to have a meeting not long after that. She was just as professional, patient, and sympathetic in person, especially during the times when wedding stress was getting the best of me.

Katherine is quick to respond to emails and always kept us up to date. She conducted the rehearsal efficiently, ensuring everyone knew what to do. We had a destination wedding in Southern California as we live in Texas, and having Katherine as our planner took away all of those fears of "missing something" by planning a wedding from afar.
