Kate Jubboori enhanced the wedding planning and all the events in every way. Knowledgeable, organized, tasteful, calm, adaptable, she helped our daughter and fiance envision, communicate and achieve the look and feel they wanted; she respected the budget and delivered on the priorities as well as the details. She helped make all our vendors successful, (e.g., by assembling a design book and bringing samples of rental linens to the florist, ensuring that the band had the necessary lighting, generator, prep space, etc.) I could go on and on. She didn't insist on anything ("No hair & make-up? No problem!") but offered sound advice when she knew an element was essential. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Kate Jubboori.

Kate absolutely delivered on every level. From all the planning upfront - she totally got the aesthetic, how to work within our budget (including advising on where it makes sense to make trade-offs), and had so much patience for whatever big or small question we had. She just picked up the details and made sure everything was on track and ready. I really had no stress before the wedding - she just got it and was there. Also, during the wedding, she was phenomenal - it was supposed to be super sunny but it turned into pouring rain and she had it all figured out which was great. Everything, truly everything, went super smoothly and could not have asked for a better day.

We worked with Kate for over a year planning our daughter’s wedding. The ultimate design and execution of the wedding was perfect. Kate has exquisite artistic taste for every detail. Kate was incredible to work with. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and she not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. She gave us some ideas and really helped us pull the day we wanted together. My husband and I also live in NYC, so her help was so critical to getting things done and also keeping our sanity.

Kate was the best thing we did as we embarked on our wedding journey.

My husband being in real estate was very picky in the type of wedding venue he wanted. Kate found us venues from MA to RI to CT, and came with us on several of our venue visits. We finally settled on our perfect location, between our two families in CT.

She was so great in communicating with all our vendors, helping us with our tastings, coming with us to see our florist...she helped the process run smooth, and kept us from feeling overwhelmed. Her experience was so invaluable in the questions she asked, and the diplomatic way she interacted with all of our vendors.

The service Kate provided us was instrumental in our perfect wedding day. We hired her a little late in the game but she helped us craft our timeline where a lot of stuff we hadn't considered came up. Ours is a same sex wedding so we didn't necessarily follow a traditional wedding flow.
