First of all, John was more than half the price than other DJs I looked at and came an hour before my ceremony started to set up free of cost! John answered all my emails within the day and sometimes within the hour of me sending them which is so helpful as a bride needing to figure things out to plan accordingly. Furthermore, John made me feel at ease about all the music and I was not worried about it at all for the day of the wedding. He went over the whole day in detail with me and sent me small clips of any special songs I wanted to make sure they were all correct.

On the wedding day John arrived an hour early, set up a ceremony spot and reception spot, and did sound checks with the musician all without me even knowing. John helped make sure we followed the timeline and got everything done on time. John also brought my husband and I food and drinks while we were taking pictures before dinner. John went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that the day went perfectly.

We contracted with John to DJ our daughter's wedding. He is extremely responsive (sometimes within minutes of sending him an email) and professional. He went over and above our expectations. He not only provided service for the reception but also during the outside ceremony (even when it rained) and set up a sound system for a keyboard player that was in a 3rd location at the venue for cocktail hour. He kept the day flowing smoothly acting not just in the role of DJ but also as a wedding planner (at no extra cost) making sure guys and girls that were getting ready in separate locations were lined up and ready on time for the procession. He worked with the couple on their playlist (and do not play list), edited butterfly kisses for the father daughter dance so it was not too long but included the final verse at our request and provided it to us to listen to beforehand and it was flawless. He did intros for the dances, the speeches and gave updates on the shuttle times and even held the first shuttle over a bit so everyone could see the bride and grooms first dance and father/daughter and mother/son dances. He even made sure there were napkins on the cake table! He is the absolute BEST! I would hire him again for any event.
