Leanne is truly an amazing coordinator. She is responsive, has a strong historical knowledge of vendors, venues, etc. in Colorado and worked to ensure our vision for the big day came to life. She also is not afraid to present alternative options to big ideas that could possibly turn into headaches during wedding planning/on the day. We are so grateful we booked her!

My husband and I worked with Leanne at Jewell Event Design, LLC to plan the perfect wedding for us in particular! Where we had a vision for what we wanted, she worked hard to make that vision a reality; where we didn't have opinions beyond "we want it to be nice" she took us in hand and used her expertise and contacts to make things nicer than we knew how to ask for. In the months before our wedding, her project plan and regular check-ins made sure that every detail was accounted for. When we were tired from planning a wedding and living real life at the same time, she summoned the energy and good cheer to get us across the finish line! The weekend of our events, she was invariably the first person onsite and the last person to leave, making sure that everything was perfectly set up and then cleaned up so that we could just enjoy our wedding and our friends and family. Leanne enthusiastically embraced our queer family, and she found us vendors who did the same. Her pricing was very reasonable for the high level of service she delivered. A few of our guests approached us individually afterwards to say it was the best wedding they'd ever attended, and Leanne is a huge part of how that happened!

The best decision that my now husband and I ever made was to get married and our second best decision was to hire Leanne as our Day of Coordinator.

Leanne was responsive, organized and committed to making our day great. I was able to enjoy my entire wedding day without worry or stress because I knew that Leanne had everything handled.

Our wedding at the St. Julien in Boulder was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the amazing skills and dedication of Leanne. From the moment we began working with her, she showed us a level of kindness and knowledge that immediately put us at ease.

Her flexibility was incredible; she effortlessly accommodated every request and adjustment we threw her way, making sure that our vision for the day was exceeded. Whether it was tweaking small details, or coordinating with vendors, she handled everything with grace and professionalism. We always felt like a priority during the process.

Leanne was also consistently responsive which was so important. No matter the hour or the question, she was always just a phone call or email away, ready with advice and solutions. Her knowledge of the local area and wedding industry was evident in every recommendation (vendors, venue, timeline, etc.) that she made.

Leanne's resourcefulness and willingness to go above and beyond also set her apart. If challenges or unexpected issues ever arose, she remained calm and composed, and quickly resolved them before they could impact our event. Her attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawless for us and our guests.

We are so happy and grateful that we chose Leanne to help make our day unforgettable. We couldn't have done it without her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

My husband and I hired Leanne as our planner for our wedding June 17, 2023. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! She won me over during our phone interview with her knowledge and humor. She was so easy to get to know and talk to, it was like we were already friends! She kept us organized and on schedule the entire time. I did not have to do any outside research to find vendors because she had all of the recommendations, and they were all amazing!!! The biggest reason why I would recommend Leanne though is that she saved us from a LOT of problems toward the end of our planning process. The event coordinator at our venue resigned a few months before our wedding, and there was a transition period with the new coordinator that was a huge struggle for us. We weren't sure where the miscommunication was coming from, but the new coordinator was giving us incorrect estimates for our invoice for the last couple of weeks leading up to our wedding. Leanne caught the mistakes right away, had numerous meetings with her to get all of the details straightened out and resolved, and I will tell you, I don't think we would have known what to do about it if Leanne wasn't involved. In the midst of crying because I was so upset and frustrated with our venue, she was there to fight for us and she pulled us through. In the end, everything was resolved and corrected to what we originally wanted, and our wedding was flawless. On the day, she was there setting everything up for us in the morning, and she was always ready to run up to us if we needed something or had questions. Our biggest worry that day was thinking it would rain on us (but we got lucky!). I could not be more happy with our wedding day, and I still get emotional thinking about what an amazing day that was. I will always be grateful that we had Leanne as our wedding planner!

While not quite a wedding, Leanne planned an awesome 50th birthday party for my husband. She was great to work with. Leanne is the perfect combination of professional and organized with lots of fun and creative ideas.

We wanted to host the event at our home. She had great plans for all weather options, pulled together a wonderful group of caterers, bartenders, a band and fun beer burro and then managed the event with ease and grace. I could not have done it without her. Her planning skills, event knowledge and ideas for vendors are invaluable.

My best friend hired Leanne to plan her wedding a few years ago and it was a magical event. Thus, when we needed a party planner to help with our daughter’s bat mitzvah we of course hired Leanne. She made the entire experience easy and carefree and honestly planned the best party we could have hoped for.

Working with Leanne from Jewell Events was one of the best decisions my daughter and I made about her wedding! I have never been Mother of the Bride before, and my own wedding was quite a long-time ago, so having Leanne’s guidance, direction and inside knowledge was simply invaluable. As Mother of the Bride, you want everything to be perfect for your daughter - but also we had financial and other logistics to consider. Leanne took the time to listen to us and truly understood both how we wanted the special day to be, while also managing to work within the budgetary guidelines. When you are arranging your child’s wedding, it’s such a mix of emotions, decisions, and managing resources, and it can easily become overwhelming. With Leanne helping us, we were actually able to enjoy the process, and certainly enjoy the day! I don’t know how we could have created such a memorable day without her assistance. Hiring Leanne was the best decision about the whole wedding that we made. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is starting on the Wedding Planing journey!

Leanne and her preferred vendors went above and beyond to make my son and his wife's wedding absolutely perfect. I can truly say it was the best wedding I've been to and I can not recommend her enough. She made the whole event fun to plan and the wedding itself was so joyful and fun for us because she kept everything going while we were really a able to savor every moment without worrying. It was an absolute pleasure working with Leanne this year to plan my wedding. She was unbelievably organized, detail oriented, funny, kind, and easy to work with every step of the way.
