You will not go wrong hiring Brandi as your wedding planner. Her guidance, knowledge, and professionalism is top notch. Managing our wedding had the challenges of distance (we are an east coast family) and working with a military couple. Guiding us through major component selections, like venue and catering, proved invaluable and making herself available to work with the couple’s scheduling complications for meetings was so helpful. Wedding day ran so smoothly because of her attention to all the little details and we were able to enjoy the event without a worry.

Brandi went above and beyond as our wedding planner. From start to finish, she was incredible—always quick to respond to every question (even the ones that didn’t totally make sense!) and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She went out of her way to help with everything, from recommending amazing vendors for flowers and food to ensuring the entire day ran seamlessly. We hired Brandi as our day-of coordinator, but she was so much more than that. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond, helping with planning details, vendor recommendations, timeline suggestions, and just being a calming, knowledgeable presence throughout the entire wedding process.

Her references and suggestions were spot-on, and you can tell she’s incredibly experienced and well-connected in the wedding world. She was always available to answer questions or offer guidance, and never made anything feel like too much to ask.

On the wedding day itself, Brandi made everything run seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, she handled every detail with total professionalism and care. My entire wedding party was seriously impressed with how smooth and stress-free the day was, and a huge part of that is thanks to her.

What really blew me away was the little things, like how she made sure all of our personal items were packed up and nothing was forgotten. I even left my shoes behind and she brought them to me the next day. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.

We originally found Brandi through a referral, and I had also seen her in action at a friend’s wedding, where I was already impressed, and now I can confidently say she was worth every penny (and she’s very reasonably priced, too!). I truly can’t recommend her enough.

Brandi is amazing—honestly, it’s a no-brainer. She’s so good at what she does and thinks of everything so you don’t have to. On top of being super organized and on top of all the details, she has the best energy. She’s fun to talk to, makes wedding planning way less stressful, and is just awesome to have around on your wedding day.

Brandi was an incredible wedding planner, I couldn’t recommend her enough to other couples. You get an amazing amount of expertise for your money. She is so well organized and available to help answer questions even if you are months out from the big day. She even helped me when I was about 8 months out in the “what now?” phase of planning by suggesting things I could do to stay ahead of the curve and reduce planning stress.

By the time we got to wedding day, I knew we were in good hands and we completely trusted her. She executed everything flawlessly. Cheers Wedding Planning MADE our wedding what it was. Brandi is a genuine expert on how to run a wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch. We got married there on 8/23/24. We had the best day, and didn’t have to worry about ANY logistics after getting to the venue. Multiple people commented on how organized the whole day felt - and that was very much her doing. She got us drinks, sent us private cocktail hour snacks, got our plated dinner out early, and was extremely thoughtful on when to do everything. She knew ahead of time what can run long in a wedding (speeches haha), what can run quick, etc, and she curated the perfect timeline with that knowledge.


She knew pretty much all of our vendors ahead of time - those connections and knowledge was invaluable. We were able to email her questions about the venue, recommendations, anything, she was always responsive and had a great answer. While a wedding is stressful regardless, we felt this constant reassurance that she’d have a good answer with any uncertainty we faced. The month of the wedding, we felt a weight off our shoulders as she handled communication with vendors and filled us in as needed.

Brandi is truly the best of the best. Our day went flawlessly and I have Brandi to thank for that. She went above and beyond to make sure it was the best day of our lives. When we went to our final walkthrough 30 days before our wedding she had every question that the venue manager had already answered and detailed in a spreadsheet (my love language) for them to reference. She was highly organized throughout the process and has a ton of experience in the wedding industry. As I was planning I had a ton of questions and knew I could rely on her for help/to share her expertise. If you do nothing else, hire Brandi as your planner/coordinator.

Working with Brandi was amazing. She helped so much with so many things leading up to wedding day- nailing down the perfect timeline, talking with our vendors, and helping us stay organized. On the day of, Brandi and Angel both helped set up our decor in the perfect way! They both helped the reception flow smoothly and stay on time.
