You will not go wrong hiring Brandi as your wedding planner. Her guidance, knowledge, and professionalism is top notch. Managing our wedding had the challenges of distance (we are an east coast family) and working with a military couple. Guiding us through major component selections, like venue and catering, proved invaluable and making herself available to work with the couple’s scheduling complications for meetings was so helpful. Wedding day ran so smoothly because of her attention to all the little details and we were able to enjoy the event without a worry. -

Brandi was an absolute dream to work with and made our wedding PERFECT. She truly knows how to plan and run a wedding. Her knowledge and guidance with vendors, logistics, and ideas were extremely helpful to us. The day wouldn’t have gone the way it did without her. She is truly an expert at what she does. She was really responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process and was super great when my parents had a million and one questions, ha (thank you). Brandi was the absolute best to work with and she made sure our day ran smoothly. We worked with Brandi for our day of coordinator, but she was available to offer advice throughout the entire wedding process. She even helped us track down our marriage certificate after it got left on the hotel shuttle! We had considered going with a planner that was slightly cheaper, but are so glad we got to benefit from Brandi's expertise instead! -

I cannot say enough positive things about Brandi! She was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. Being in PA school made wedding preparation a little more tricky but Brandi streamlined the entire process, made herself available during the week to give her professional advice, and has years of experience in the field. I knew I could trust her with everything and when it came down to wedding day, she executed everything flawlessly. My family had forgotten to pick up the cutting cake wedding day and she had her team run to the closest store to pick up a last minute cake and decorate it to look like my original cake!! No one even suspected the error and we even got compliments on how delicious the cake was! She was so sweet and so organized I truly could not have done this all without her. We were on a tight budget and she even helped to provide some decorations and easels for our signs so that I did not have to go out searching for them. I am so sad I don't get to work with her anymore!! THANK YOU BRANDI FOR HELPING WITH MY DREAM WEDDING. -

Brandi was amazing - from the second we spoke to her, we knew we made the right decision having her help us plan our special day. Even my parents after meeting her at the run-through commented "wow, she really knows what she is doing." I am so happy she helped plan our day - we did not need to worry about anything day of the wedding and leading up to the wedding, she was so thorough answering all of my questions. She is a joy to work with and just a nice human. Thank you Brandi!! -

Brandi was simply amazing. We didn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day, all because of Brandi. From the time we hired her (about a year and 3 months before our wedding) to our wedding day-- she was always so responsive via email, on point with timing and scheduling, and extremely detail-oriented. Best of all- she was always so calm, which helped us remain calm on our very important day! She understood our vision and our guests, and made sure our special day ran smoothly. I wouldn't call her just a "day-of-coordinator"... I would consider her a PROFESSIONAL DREAM MAKER. It has been almost a month since our wedding and people are still telling us how fun, well-organized, and beautiful our wedding was. It's all because of Brandi. She made our dream day a reality! -

Brandi and Bri were absolutely PHENOMENAL. As a very detail oriented and pro-planner bride, I wasn't sure we needed a coordinator... but hiring Cheers was easily the best money we spent on the wedding! They are so organized and think of everything. Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT and I know a huge reason why is because they were there! Even though we only hired them for day-of coordination, they were so helpful throughout the planning process. They were always very responsive to our questions. Additionally, Brandi even let us use some of her reception extras (e.g. card box, table numbers, etc.) so that we didn't have to buy them. Since our wedding was a tight timeline, this was huge to me because so much of my stress came when it was time for planning and purchasing those last details. I HIGHLY recommend them! I had a a fabulous stress free wedding day, thanks to Brandi. I was very lucky to have found such an amazing vendor team. Brandi was the glue that held everything together while planning a wedding from the other side of the country. Every time I felt I was in crisis mode over little details Brandi had a simple solution. She’s easy to talk to and an super professional. I will forever be grateful for her ease, and expertise. Brandi is amazing - we are SO thankful we had her with us throughout the past 2 years. She helped us navigate the pandemic and gave us great advice on how to advocate for ourselves with our vendors so we could secure a new date without additional cost. Brandi is direct and kind. She had every single detail planned and thought of things we never would have known to plan for. She made both of our sets of parents feel important and heard. She led our huge team of vendors and our wedding day was perfect.
Because of Brandi, we were able to focus on each other and our loved ones for every second of our wedding day. -

Brandi helped us navigate through the ups and downs of COVID wedding planning. When we needed to move dates she was so helpful in the steps needed to do so. During the (long) planning process, she was always available to answer questions with extreme detail. When it came time to the wedding day she kept things flowing perfectly even when weather changed everything last minute! Brandi was amazing at every turn and we couldn’t have done it without her. -

Brandi is amazing and seriously made our wedding day perfect! She spent many hours with me on the phone or in person prior to our wedding to make sure every detail was perfect and she was always available to answer my questions and provide advice. Hiring Brandi to be our wedding planner was one of the smartest things we did. Brandi is experienced and professional with a big dose of comfort and warmth. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and will help you make decisions at a fair price, you need Brandi! She knew things I didn't know, I didn't know and I had the smoothest wedding day I could have asked for. The only thing that went wrong was the tux shop didn't provide the groom with a bowtie as planned, he had a tie instead. My day was amazing and I actually got to be present and enjoy it with my husband! -

I cannot sing high enough praises about Brandi over at Cheers Wedding Planning! I hired her as my day-of coordinator, but she ended up going above and beyond just "day-of duties". I live overseas, so I was initially concerned about how difficult it would be for me to communicate with my vendors. Brandi put all of those concerns at ease! She was always so prompt and thorough with her responses to my millions of questions. The questionnaire she sent me to fill out was immensely helpful for me in thinking through all of the small details of my wedding. My actual wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to her!! Everyone -- me, my husband, family members, wedding party, vendors, etc. -- all knew exactly where to be and when because Brandi coordinated every single detail of our day seamlessly. She is undoubtedly one of the best of the business! If you are looking for someone to take all of the stress out of wedding coordination and to make your day picture-perfect, Brandi is your gal!! -

Stop your searching right now. Brandi is THE wedding planner you want to have supporting you throughout your wedding planning process. Brandi brings years of knowledge and experience to her work. She is incredibly organized and responsive to any and all questions. I am a pretty organized person in general, but it was great to have her answer all the questions I had ranging from questions about which vendor to choose to the layout of the venue. On the day of our wedding my husband and I were able to enjoy our time with each other and with all of our wedding guests because of Brandi's behind the scenes work. She works well to coordinate with all vendors and ensures everyone is on the same page. Couldn't have found a better person to help us on our special day! -

SPECTACULAR and PHENOMENAL..…..that describes our experience with Cheers Wedding Planning and Brandi Baldwin!!!!! Brandi is the MOST professional, gifted planner, immense help and an incredible blessing to us!! Literally every single detail of my daughter’s wedding was fantastic and Brandi’s services went far beyond our expectations!!! From our initial contact with Brandi, we knew that she would be amazing! (To say that she went above and beyond is truly an understatement!!!) She was in constant contact with us from the beginning. Brandi’s expertice speaks for itself and she was so very calm throughout the planning and extra prepared the day of the wedding - her experience and preparedness kept us from worrying about anything (she even had an entire little purse full of last minute prep items with her at all times during the wedding!!!!) Due to extra photos (that were amazing - btw!!!!!!), our timeline got off track by about 30 minutes. In true fashion, Brandi was able (we still have no idea how…) to get us right back on track and not a single moment, photo or opportunity was missed!!!!!! Because Brandi had worked with our caterer many times, there was not a single glitch in the reception! Everything from the set up and rehearsal the night before - to the loading out of caterer, decor and gifts, went so incredibly smoothly. I cannot imagine executing an event without Brandi!! She is a consummate professional, dedicated and such a joy to work with!!!!!

Brandi is great! She has an amazing attention to detail, she is kind, personable, and was very responsive! Several times o sent her emails with many different questions, and she always answered every one of them in a timely manner. She gave good advice, tips, and she knows our venue (Cherokee Ranch and Castle) through and through. She knew our values and made sure our wedding held to those. She’s intense, but I trusted her completely with my wedding, and she did not disappoint! -
