Stephanie was more than amazing when helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. I had no idea how many little things went into all of it and she made it such a smooth process! She allowed us to use a lot of her signage and decor which is HUGE when we weren’t wanting to purchase a bunch of items that we would only be using for one day.  She handled so much of the “behind the scenes” communication which took a lot of stress off my husband and I, and we were able to enjoy the entire day without feeling overwhelmed! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator. We were so lucky to have found her.

At the beginning of this journey, we had no idea all of the details and behind the scenes planning that goes into a wedding. After we first met with Steph, she asked us to join a planning website which included everything for planning–budget, vendors, guestlist, timeline, floorplan... probably more I'm not thinking of! She created a rough plan for what decisions needed to be made and by when. Additionally, the budget included payment reminders so we stayed on track with vendor payments and could budget monthly to be able to make the payments. She reached out often to check in and keep track of our progress! We felt confident in each decision we made because of Steph's support and years of experience.

Steph has created a detailed questionnaire for her couples. When we first looked it over we were a bit overwhelmed because it included items we had never considered. Steph guided us through the questionnaire which detailed our tables, flowers, and every option you could think of for the wedding. She even had items we could choose from to reference or use on our day. As we went through the list we were able to truly imagine what our wedding would look like down to every detail!

The big day arrived fast, and after months of careful planning we expected it to go off without a hitch (except ours lol). Of course, there are always little things that went awry. The bella notte thing handled everything with no stress! Steph even has a massive tackle box filled with whatever anyone from the wedding party may need! It wasn't just the proactive problem solving that saved the day. Steph and her team delivered everything we needed to help make our day less stressful. After the ceremony and a few pictures they hid us away in the bridal suite for 15 minutes to decompress. We walked in to our specialty cocktails, water, and appetizers waiting for us. This was so appreciated! After keeping us on a smooth timeline and facilitating and incredible evening, the team told us not to worry about anything! They packed everything up that and had it ready for us the next day.

The entire experience working with this team from start to finish was great. We had the most incredible wedding and would never have pulled it off without their help. We highly recommend using their service for planning your wedding!

Stephanie is absolutely fabulous to work with. We hired Stephanie as a day-of-coordinator, but she ended up helping so much more than that. Planning a wedding can be extremely daunting for the bride and groom, but Stephanie did a great job helping my husband and I break it down into manageable tasks. When we were getting decision fatigue, Stephanie helped provide suggestions when we asked for us. She was extremely attentive to an abundance of small requests that we threw her way and was able to keep us organized. Stephanie also has a large number of signs, decorations, and other items that she allowed us to borrow for the day so we didn't have to pay extra for them; this alone saved us hundreds (maybe even thousands) of dollars in decor and printing. At the end of the day, Stephanie is incredibly personable and trustworthy and is an expert at what she does. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to plan a wedding or other important event!
