We cannot speak more highly of Bella Notte Weddings & Events. From start to finish Stephanie was there to walk us through step-by-step through the entire process. No matter your familiarity with throwing events, rest assured you are in good hands. Stephanie thinks of absolutely everything you could need and plans for the unexpected with the smallest of details we never even thought about. Both the day before and day of, her presence will keep you calm and take away all of your worries. We are very happy we used Bella Notte Weddings and Events to plan our wedding! Steph and her team are excellent. Through the year of planning, Steph kept us on an organized timeline to ensure we would be ready for our day. She helped us invision our perfect day dow to every detail. The Bella Notte team did an amazing job with day of coordination. We would recommend this service to any of our friends or family.
At the beginning of this journey, we had no idea all of the details and behind the scenes planning that goes into a wedding. After we first met with Steph, she asked us to join a planning website which included everything for planning–budget, vendors, guestlist, timeline, floorplan... probably more I'm not thinking of! She created a rough plan for what decisions needed to be made and by when. Additionally, the budget included payment reminders so we stayed on track with vendor payments and could budget monthly to be able to make the payments. She reached out often to check in and keep track of our progress! We felt confident in each decision we made because of Steph's support and years of experience.
Steph has created a detailed questionnaire for her couples. When we first looked it over we were a bit overwhelmed because it included items we had never considered. Steph guided us through the questionnaire which detailed our tables, flowers, and every option you could think of for the wedding. She even had items we could choose from to reference or use on our day. As we went through the list we were able to truly imagine what our wedding would look like down to every detail!
The big day arrived fast, and after months of careful planning we expected it to go off without a hitch (except ours lol). Of course, there are always little things that went awry. The bella notte thing handled everything with no stress! Steph even has a massive tackle box filled with whatever anyone from the wedding party may need! It wasn't just the proactive problem solving that saved the day. Steph and her team delivered everything we needed to help make our day less stressful. After the ceremony and a few pictures they hid us away in the bridal suite for 15 minutes to decompress. We walked in to our specialty cocktails, water, and appetizers waiting for us. This was so appreciated! After keeping us on a smooth timeline and facilitating and incredible evening, the team told us not to worry about anything! They packed everything up that and had it ready for us the next day.
The entire experience working with this team from start to finish was great. We had the most incredible wedding and would never have pulled it off without their help. We highly recommend using their service for planning your wedding!

Stephanie worked with us for 2 years planning our wedding. She was always available for meetings or questions. Our wedding had some complicated things in the schedule and she managed all of it so well. She paid close attention to details and was very organized. Stephanie was absolutely amazing with our wedding! I expected some stress on our wedding day, but there was none—and I credit that entirely to Stephanie’s incredible work. I know there were little fires behind the scenes, but she handled them seamlessly without us ever knowing.
We are not event planners or wedding experts, so having Stephanie’s guidance was invaluable. She helped us set up the ceremony to ensure the best photos, coordinated with vendors to make sure they had everything they needed, and took care of all the setup. Her expertise and attention to detail made our day perfect! -

Stephanie came highly recommended by our venue! Once we secured it, I quickly reached out and set up a preliminary chat. I knew instantly that I wanted to hire Stephanie. She helped with everything from picking out my dress to the day after brunch. She has a few packages to choose from.
Stephanie is experienced, kind, and very direct with her feedback. She also comes with an amazing project management portal and tons of vendors who love working with her. She quickly created relationships with new vendors as well! From just a few weeks in, she already had a detailed timeline of the day and I was never in the dark about who we owed money when or whether we were on track. My parents were more than complimentary about Stephanie's organization and professionalism. They even thanked her in their wedding speech!
Stephanie allowed me to not only enjoy my wedding day but also the planning! I went through many changes during the wedding planning period, including starting a new job and Stephanie made sure none of that was an issue! She facilitated cost savings left and right including her own personal collection of all of the "odds and ends" you don't want to spend money on! She literally has a style to choose from for anything you'd need.
I would recommend Stephanie 100x over! I would utilize her services again for any and all events. -

Stephanie is absolutely fabulous to work with. We hired Stephanie as a day-of-coordinator, but she ended up helping so much more than that. Planning a wedding can be extremely daunting for the bride and groom, but Stephanie did a great job helping my husband and I break it down into manageable tasks. When we were getting decision fatigue, Stephanie helped provide suggestions when we asked for us. She was extremely attentive to an abundance of small requests that we threw her way and was able to keep us organized. Stephanie also has a large number of signs, decorations, and other items that she allowed us to borrow for the day so we didn't have to pay extra for them; this alone saved us hundreds (maybe even thousands) of dollars in decor and printing. At the end of the day, Stephanie is incredibly personable and trustworthy and is an expert at what she does. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to plan a wedding or other important event! -

My husband and I hired Stephanie to help us with "partial planning" and have told all of our friends it was the best money we spent on the wedding. Besides being very organized and communicative, she has a great eye for design and a large collection of decor items that she let us use without additional charge. A stranger who became a forever friend
Stephanie made my vision come to life! She went above and beyond all of her duties. The day before my wedding she realized I made a huge mistake on my seating chart, she was spending quality time with her grandkids, she fixed my chart, and had it reprinted for me. Anytime, I was stressed out… she immediately came to my rescue and put me at ease. She goes above and beyond what she’s supposed to do!!! My dress broke during my reception, and guess who came to my rescue…. Stephanie. She took care of every little detail, and organizes all of the vendors that you use. My day wouldn’t have ran as smoothly as it did! If you’re having any reserves about getting a planner…. DONT! You need one, and you need Stephanie! She truly is an angel! Stephanie was the most incredible wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Our wedding venue was bought by a different company two months before our wedding and there was quite a bit of turnover in staff. Stephanie communicated with the new staff to make sure our wedding day was flawless. She allowed us to borrow many beautiful decorations saving us tons of money. She also helped us find fantastic vendors and book our hotel room blocks. She was communicative, very organized, calm, and positive. Our wedding was incredible and everything went according to plan because of Stephanie. It will be the best money you spend in your budget!

I referred to Stephanie as our "fairy godmother" throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was truly so helpful, knowledgeable, and organized throughout our planning and on the day of the wedding. She was an integral reason why there was no stress for us throughout our wedding planning and on actual day! She has MANY decorations we were able to choose from, which were included in her fee. She transported all the decor to and from the venue took care of set up and clean up. She communicated with our vendors and made sure all our contracts and payments were made on time. She even took our cake and gifts home with her the night of the wedding so that we could come get them a couple days later. She thought of all the small details and made sure everything would be exactly as we envisioned it! She was an absolute delight to work with and she just made everything so easy so that my husband and I could really focus on being together and spending time with family and friends on our big day. Hiring Stephanie at Bella Notte Weddings and Events as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we could have made when planning our wedding, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Stephanie took our ideas and inspiration photos and helped us craft a wedding that was uniquely ours. From start to finish, she put so much work into every aspect of planning including interviewing/booking/communicating with vendors, keeping track of deadlines, and planning the décor. Stephanie was extremely communicative and always available to talk, even when I just needed to ease some wedding-planning anxiety and assurance that everything was going smoothly. On the wedding day itself, Stephanie was the first to arrive at our venue and the last to leave at the end of the night. With Stephanie in charge of every aspect of the day, our wedding went exactly as we had imagined it. Stephanie took so much of the stress out of the planning process and made sure that we could enjoy our wedding day. Stephanie was an amazing wedding planner! As a couple who planned their wedding while also going through grad school, I cannot imagine trying to plan our wedding without her. She is organized, professional, level headed, and always knew where we stood with wedding plans. It was easy to forget that she had other weddings to plan besides our own, because she was so on top of the arrangements for our own event. One of the most helpful things Stephanie did for us was help narrow down our choices of vendors. She would tell us which catering she thought was fairly priced or overpriced; recommended venues that fit our desire for an outdoor wedding experience; and recommended the most fantastic DJ that absolutely matched our desire for a high energy, dancing reception. Stephanie did a fantastic job of listening to our vision for our day and made recommendations based on what we really wanted. In pretty much every scenario, Stephanie's recommendations were spot on the right choice. However, we always felt that as the wedding couple we had the final say of which direction to go. Stephanie also picked up a bunch of slack for us: happily scheduling meetings, quoting out vendors, and doing tons of other planning legwork that was above and beyond her job description. Beyond the planning, the day of the wedding also ran so smoothly. Stephanie knew exactly how much time every part of the day took, and knew tiny details that would keep our guests most entertained and happy. Our entire wedding was such a special and joyful event and truly we would not have gotten there without Stephanie. We are so grateful to all her work that made that experience possible or us! -

Book Stephanie and her team NOW. The best way to describe Stephanie is literal fairy godmother. From the moment of reaching out to her to now, 2 years later after a delay from COVID, she has been kind, welcoming, incredibly organised, and on top of everything. Communication with her is a breeze, she was always quick to respond to all of my (many) emails and her answers were thorough. She provides excellent advice, listens to her couples, and advocates for them. At every point, we felt taken care of and that she had our back, and we were able to truly enjoy our day because she was there, guiding us and acting as our point of contact. We also found some fantastic vendors through her and she provided all of our decor! No waste or abundance of stuff after the wedding was over! I hired Stephanie a year prior to my wedding so we had plenty of time to get things in order for a CO wedding and I lived in AZ. She had lots of wonderful ideas & decor for me to use to save me from buying and using once. Day of the (outdoor) wedding, Mother Nature threw us a curveball. It poured down rain the entire day! Stephanie & Co were my heroes. I was so grateful to have Stephanie coordinate our special day.
Everything from preparation (in-person meeting, phone calls, emails!) to post-wedding item collection was easy. Stephanie's presence day-of helped ensure our reception was set-up perfectly when we showed up and also helped navigate communication and needs of a finicky live band. Her experience at multiple weddings at the Evergreen Lake House was a great bonus.
She went above and beyond and came to our ceremony rehearsal the night before to help, even though she'd be prepping for our reception during the ceremony day-of.

Stephanie is the event planner you want on your big day. She was so incredibly organized, kept us to our timeline, and gave us peace of mind. She goes absolutely above and beyond:
-She came with me to pick flowers and she MADE my bouquets! (They were exactly what I wanted, even though my explanation was probably not perfect haha)
-She had a TON of items to choose from for centerpieces (lanterns, candle votives, wood pieces, etc) at her home. It was so much easier than DIYing everything and then having to sell it all afterward.
-She made sure the ceremony went smoothly, made sure people were where they were supposed to be, and timed it all perfectly.

We used Stephanie as our month-of coordinator for our 9/5/21 wedding, and she did an absolutely excellent job! She was so organized and knowledgeable, and everything for the day of our wedding went super smoothly. She also goes above and beyond—she consulted and gave advice throughout the process (not just limited to the month-of), has a huge stockpile of decorations that she offers use of, and even got our greenery for guest tables and flowers for the cake for us wholesale, so we didn’t need a separate florist because we used silk flowers for everything else. Stress-free wedding
Stephanie helped us plan an execute both a COVID-friendly reception during the restrictions last year and a larger reception once the restrictions were lifted. She was extremely helpful during (and leading up to) both events. She made beautiful flower arrangements for both events and helped provide other décor for the tables. Everything I could have asked for
Stephanie made my dream a reality. From flowers, decor, rescheduling, and all the chaos in between, she did it all. The process couldn’t have been any less stressful. She pays attention to even the smallest details that I would have never thought of if I’d planned myself. She really did play such a huge role in making sure that day was exactly what we wanted. Stephanie was immensely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning and the day of the wedding. We had to reschedule multiple times due to the pandemic, and each time she helped make the changes relatively easy. It was extremely helpful to have her detailed checklists and advice about how to best be ready for the wedding. She was also fantastic about getting back to us whenever we had questions or requests. On the day of, she and her assistant did a wonderful job of getting the reception venue ready and overall making the day easy to enjoy for us and our families. The flowers she arranged were so stunning and received many compliments. Stephanie was outstanding! She was wonderful at communicating and saved us so much time and money by recommending vendors and letting us use her decorations. She set up the reception, candy, and display tables so beautifully! Through her consultation she gave us a vision we would never thought of ourselves! Additionally, she helped set up outside tables and decorations. We also had her do the flowers at the reception and the wedding party bouquets and boutonnieres that turned out nothing less than stunning!Bella Notte Weddings and Events's reply:

Stephanie is a wonderful event planner! I hired her for "day of" coordinating for my sons wedding. Day of coordinating is so much more than just the wedding day. Stephanie was a tremendous help in so many of the details, keeping us on track and making sure we did not forget a single possible detail. She was an amazing resource for vendors and every single one she referred us to was excellent. She even went so far as to contact them first to be sure they were available for our date. She saved us countless hours with all her leg work. The vendors all commented that they also enjoy working with her. She ran the rehearsal and made sure everything met the bride and grooms expectations. The wedding day was perfect and if there was a single issue I am unaware of it. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her services. -

Stephanie honestly is the absolute best! She saved our wedding right from the beginning when she partnered with us. All of our family is from out of town and Stephanie helped us put together such a fun, beautiful, spectacular celebration in the mountains for our friends and family, but most importantly us! She was more than just a coordinator, she became a friend! On the days I was stressing out she calmed me down and was always so reassuring. Before Stephanie we had no idea what we were doing, I couldn’t even decide on a color scheme. Stephanie provides us with guidance and support which turned into decision making (which was a blessing because my Pinterest board had just about every style you could imagine). We are so incredibly grateful for everything Stephanie did to help us, she went above and beyond. Let’s not forget to mention her amazing collection of decorations! This saved us so much money and so much hassle. She provided us with great contacts/connections to our other vendors and then on the day of, I didn’t have to worry about a thing (and I honestly mean that!). Stephanie did such an amazing with our wedding. She helped iron out all the details ahead of time, sought out alternatives when we needed them, and tracked down our missing officiant. She created a romantic and beautiful dance space for our reception and took all the stress and pressure off of my fiancé and I so that we could actually just enjoy our wedding day. Stephanie was the best wedding planner! She helped in all aspects of our wedding, even chipping in to help our family with the welcome dinner details.

Stephanie Kuhn offers everything you could ever possibly need or want in a wedding coordinator. She’s absolutely phenomenal, and I can’t sing her praises enough! She is so much more than a day-of coordinator. From day one, she was on top of it. She managed every single one of our vendor contracts, reminded us of important milestones throughout the planning process like payment due dates and what we should have accomplished to make sure we stayed on track, and gave us a plethora of vendor recommendations along the way. Above all else, Stephanie took care of everything under the sun for us on our wedding day. As a bride, I didn’t have to worry about one single thing on my wedding day because she had it covered. What more can you ask for? She coordinated with all of our vendors throughout the entire day to make sure everything was perfect and she took the best care of me and my husband and our families. She made sure we ate, drank and enjoyed ourselves throughout the entire day; even packed up our bags and purses for us at the end of the night and loaded them into the car so we didn’t have to think about it. She also froze our wedding cake for us and dropped it off to us the day after the wedding (along with all of the rest of our stuff she willingly hauled home with her)! Even though we hired her as our ‘day-of’ coordinator, Stephanie made herself available to us 24/7, from the day that we signed our contract to the day of our wedding and even afterwards. I was very late to hire hair and makeup vendors, and upon finding out that I was really stressing about it, Stephanie immediately reached out to all of her contacts and found me an amazing glam squad in just one day. This was not the only time she went above and beyond for me throughout my year-and-a-half-long wedding planning process. As a detail-oriented, DIY bride with an interior design background, I had a ridiculous amount of decorations and detailed requests for my wedding décor. The week before the wedding, Stephanie offered for me to drop off everything I had to her at her house so I wouldn’t have to be responsible for getting it all to the wedding. She accomplished my vision perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way that our wedding day went. Stephanie is organized, professional, flexible, responsive, attentive, and extremely sweet. Her price is very reasonable and worth every cent. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants their day to be perfect— she will no doubt make it happen. Stephanie was incredible and made our wedding perfect from start to finish. From the first time my fiancé and I met her in her home, she was warm and welcoming. We wanted to do some non-traditional things for our wedding and she was always willing to listen and figure out how to make them happen and / or make other recommendations. She was knowledgable and always available to answer my questions throughout the process. And she had an incredible amount of decor we were able to use! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience I had with Stephanie and Bella Notte Weddings and Events! We hired Stephanie as a 30-Day coordinator to ensure that all vendors and other details were ready-to-go on the day of the wedding. From beginning to end, Stephanie was professional, easy to work with, highly responsive, and incredibly organized. Included with 30-day coordination service, she has a fabulous inventory of vases, votives, and other wedding decorations that we were able to use for our wedding (saved on buying and then figuring out where to store it later!). All I had to do the 30-days leading up to our wedding was confirm a few details with Stephanie, and she took care of everything else; can honestly say that had I not been working with her, there are several important details I would have missed in the planning process. The rehearsal was so easy; Stephanie knew exactly what needed to happen and made sure the wedding party knew what to do. The day-of was a breeze as she coordinated everything from setup at the venue to packing up afterward; this made it possible for us to fully enjoy being with my family and friends without any worries. In addition to her services as a wedding coordinator, we hired her to do all of our flowers; everything came out beautifully and just as planned. Hiring Stephanie and Bella Notte Weddings and Events was the best and smartest decision I made for our wedding, as it ensured we could truly enjoy our day. She was so helpful, flexible, accommodating, and did everything and more to make sure that our special day was everything we wanted. She also did our flowers, and they were so beautiful and professional. Throughout the wedding, she was on top of all the vendors and was able to move guests in a polite way so that everything stayed on schedule. Throughout the planning process, she was there to answer any questions and help however she could. She also has lots of decor and we saved so much money using what she had rather than having to rent centerpieces, votives, vases, candles, lanterns, etc. Best wedding planner ever!

Imagine that, a wedding planner that actually knows how to plan the wedding YOU want. Her recommendations were stellar: food, DJ, and officiant were all on point. She even has a giant collection of small items she stores in her basement: votives, lanterns, chalk boards, garland, etc etc etc. all at your disposal. You'd be surprised how that stuff alone could pay for Stephanie's services.
