  We cannot speak more highly of Bella Notte Weddings & Events. From start to finish Stephanie was there to walk us through step-by-step through the entire process. No matter your familiarity with throwing events, rest assured you are in good hands.   Best money we spent on our wedding.

  The greatest challenge in planning a wedding is that you probably haven't done it before. Every wedding website tells you something different about how it should be done, but most of the time that doesn't align with your vision.
  
  That's where Stephanie and Bella Notte come in. We hired Stephanie for her "Partial Planning" package, which includes unlimited calls/emails, access to her decor, and full takeover the month leading up to the big day. Day of, she handles everything so that you can focus on your big day.
  
  As we planned our wedding, we sought to build an "A-Team" so that we would have a fun, stress free day. Of all the vendors we hired, Stephanie was the most influential in making sure is was just as much a party for us as it was for our guests. She held our hand through the planning process, letting us know with regular check-ins what we needed to be working on. She suggested amazing vendors and helped us stay closer to our original budget.
  
  Why hire a wedding planner? Because they've planned more weddings than you have. Why hire Stephanie? Because planning is her passion. She is professional, organized, and efficient. As life threw us curveballs, she was able to help us stay on track and took things off of our plate so that we could deal with the issues we were facing.
  
  Day of, we were able to sit back and enjoy the day. Despite weather causing a last-minute change of plans for the ceremony, everyone was organized and worked together to make it a beautiful day. And my bride and I didn't have to worry about anything. Stephanie rounded up everyone to get the job done. Not only was my wedding the best party I've ever attended, but most of my guests said it was one of the best run weddings they have attended.

  We were in desperate need of finding a wedding planner ASAP. We were engaged and married within only 3 months due to an immediate family members illness. Stephanie was referred to me by a different wedding planner I had found online that did not have availability to help us at the time. After reading nothing shy of a 5 star review on Stephanie and her services we decided to meet with her via zoom - and never looked back! Stephanie went above and beyond with everything she did for us. Whether it was touring our wedding venue in advance, going to our tasting, helping pick out our ceremony and dinner furniture/decor, organizing and helping us choose our caterers, rental company, verifying timelines personally with photography, catering, and hair and makeup - the list could go on. One of the best services Stephanie included is her decorations she has collected over the years. We were able to go to her house and pick out anything and everything we wanted for our special day. There wasn't a single decoration she didn't have that we needed. I gave her total freedom for set up and design of the decorations and trusting her with every detail was the best decision we ever made! Not only was our wedding day seamless and stress free, she did an absolutely stunning job from start to finish. Not only was she a decorator our day of, but she made sure we were on schedule, she organized our order and timing of speeches, ceremony, signing or marriage license, AND MORE! I would hire Stephanie a thousand times over again and would trust her with any friend or family member I have. Not only does she offer outstanding and professional services, but she is just an amazing human being. She is very calming and has such positive energy and light surrounding her. It was easy to trust her ever step of the way because of how comfortable she made everything from the very first second we met her. Thank you a million Stephanie - we truly could not have had our wedding without you and we are forever grateful for you enormous contribution to making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

  Top Tier Planner

  Stephanie is an absolutely incredible planner. We would not have been able to pull off half of what we did without her help. We had about a quarter (maybe less) of our vendors lined up at around 2 or 3 months out. With Stephanie we were able to quickly secure our vendors and get the minutiae of style and decoration locked for the big day. Everyone we talked to said it was a flawless wedding (probably have to say that to the bride and groom, ha!), but it definitely feels that way. Everything went off without a hitch. I can't recommend Stephanie enough, do yourself a favor and hire her!!

  Stephanie was the most incredible wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Our wedding venue was bought by a different company two months before our wedding and there was quite a bit of turnover in staff. Stephanie communicated with the new staff to make sure our wedding day was flawless. She allowed us to borrow many beautiful decorations saving us tons of money. She also helped us find fantastic vendors and book our hotel room blocks. She was communicative, very organized, calm, and positive. Our wedding was incredible and everything went according to plan because of Stephanie. It will be the best money you spend in your budget!

  Amazing wedding planner!

  Stephanie Kuhn was extremely helpful and made our wedding dreams come true. We got married in Colorado but are from Texas. Picking vendors became a whole lot easier because we picked from her recommendations. She was very responsive to emails and calls, even when are wedding was months away. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who can guide them through the process and pick up the slack when needed!

  A stranger who became a forever friend

  Stephanie made my vision come to life! She went above and beyond all of her duties. The day before my wedding she realized I made a huge mistake on my seating chart, she was spending quality time with her grandkids, she fixed my chart, and had it reprinted for me. Anytime, I was stressed out… she immediately came to my rescue and put me at ease. She goes above and beyond what she’s supposed to do!!! My dress broke during my reception, and guess who came to my rescue…. Stephanie. She took care of every little detail, and organizes all of the vendors that you use. My day wouldn’t have ran as smoothly as it did! If you’re having any reserves about getting a planner…. DONT! You need one, and you need Stephanie! She truly is an angel! I will forever be grateful for her.

  A Calming Force During the Chaos of Wedding Planning

  Stephanie was fantastic, and an incredible help through all steps of the planning process and especially in the execution of the day. She was a calming force during all of the chaos of the wedding. We felt like we could call on her for anything at anytime. She made us feel like her number one priority at all times as well. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Bella Notte for any event planning and coordination needs.

  Stephanie was wonderful and did so much more than just day of. She was always available to answer our questions throughout the entire process. She even referred me to the beautiful venue we chose - Strawberry Creek Ranch. I love that she has so many decorations that she lets you borrow. That saved us a lot of money.   Hype Girl!

  Stephanie was our hype girl!!! She made all of our wedding dreams a reality and was so organized and took away any stress we had about our day making sure we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding! We had a couple mishaps at our wedding and she made sure we didn't have to worry about anything and took care of us like we were her own kids! We would 1000% recommend her to everyone and anyone and will always remember having her with us on Our special day!!

  Our wedding fairy godmother!

  I referred to Stephanie as our "fairy godmother" throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was truly so helpful, knowledgeable, and organized throughout our planning and on the day of the wedding. She was an integral reason why there was no stress for us throughout our wedding planning and on actual day! She has MANY decorations we were able to choose from, which were included in her fee. She transported all the decor to and from the venue took care of set up and clean up. She communicated with our vendors and made sure all our contracts and payments were made on time. She even took our cake and gifts home with her the night of the wedding so that we could come get them a couple days later. She thought of all the small details and made sure everything would be exactly as we envisioned it! She was an absolute delight to work with and she just made everything so easy so that my husband and I could really focus on being together and spending time with family and friends on our big day. I would recommend Stephanie's services to absolutely anyone planning a wedding!

  Great help for pulling off our wedding

  Stephanie was open to all our ideas and helping us have the wedding we wanted, even when things weren't a traditional play. She has a large collection of wedding decor that helped set up our reception and ceremony wonderfully, and chimed win with the voice of experience to make sure we were set up for success.

  Hiring Stephanie at Bella Notte Weddings and Events as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we could have made when planning our wedding, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Stephanie took our ideas and inspiration photos and helped us craft a wedding that was uniquely ours. From start to finish, she put so much work into every aspect of planning including interviewing/booking/communicating with vendors, keeping track of deadlines, and planning the décor.   Stephanie made our day extremely seamless. She was always responsive and listened to everything that we said we wanted. She did all of the set up, tear down, and made sure the venue was clean after we left. We would highly recommend her for anyone who is getting married.

  I will forever attribute the total success to our daughter's wedding to Bella Notte Weddings! As the mother of the bride, planning a wedding from 1100 miles away was daunting to say the least. From the first phone call, she patiently listened to our "less traditional" plans and offered suggestions and problem-solving options. It gave me so much confidence as I observed time and again that she knew what it took to help us have the wedding WE wanted even with some of its idiosyncratic ideas. It gave me so much confidence as I saw time and again that she had our backs as she handled the few hiccups we encountered with expediency and professionalism. One of the most helpful contributions for me was that she proofread and kept up with all the vendors' contracts and deadlines for payments as well as providing a portaI to access a timeline and all pertinent information. Communication was easy as she was always quick to respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Not one time did she leave me hanging. Her organizational skills are amazing, and that is what made the wedding day itself run so smoothly. Our food was not provided by a traditional caterer, and even though Stephanie found a vendor to provide the catering needs, it definitely put more work on her on the wedding day to have to fill in the gaps that a normal caterer would normally provide. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and I can honestly say there was not one oversight--before, during, or after the wedding and reception. The wedding was everything our daughter and son-in-law wished it to be, and when I reflect on the success of the day, I am humbly grateful for Stephanie's expertise, ease to work with, and going the extra mile to ensure it went smoothly. From the moment of reaching out to her to now, 2 years later after a delay from COVID, she has been kind, welcoming, incredibly organised, and on top of everything. Communication with her is a breeze, she was always quick to respond to all of my (many) emails and her answers were thorough. She provides excellent advice, listens to her couples, and advocates for them. At every point, we felt taken care of and that she had our back, and we were able to truly enjoy our day because she was there, guiding us and acting as our point of contact.   Our day was perfect with Stephanie

  Stephanie was great, from the very beginning she was able to help us organize and prioritize. She has a ton of decorations that helped bring our dream wedding to life at no extra cost. Our day went absolutely perfect (as far as we are aware) if anything went wrong we didn't know which was great. We still want to relive our day over and over again as it was perfect. We cant thank Stephanie enough for all her help and an absolutely perfect day.
