I have so many good things to say about Victoria- Jewel of Ruby designs. Lets start with Victoria was absolutely AMAZING. Then she was very professional, personable, organized, punctual, accommodating and knowledgably of the wedding industry. We found/ hired Victoria for month-of coordinator services with additional add on services; due having already booked some of the vendors prior to hiring her. Although in hindsight, I wish I had found her before booking some of my vendors because their services weren’t the best. But Victoria was on POINT!! going above, and Beyond then Beyond. Her warm personality and positive attitude truly put my mind at ease and made everything come together seamlessly. During the wedding process, Victoria met with me several times in the months leading up to the wedding and was quick to respond 24/7, with text and email. Throughout the process, Victoria followed up, making sure I had completed the checklist she provided or if had questions about things.

Victoria has an eye for design, and her detail-oriented nature was very handy in matching my chosen colors to venue for an elegant design.

On the wedding day she kept me calm and put out a few fires. Victoria stepped up when one of the most important vendors fail FLAT, putting her design skills to work. She was determined to keep me happy and make sure our day was. I highly recommend them!

I hired Victoria to plan my three-event party, which included a welcome cruise, a family brunch, and a dinner reception. She was exceptional—highly professional and made the entire process effortless for me. Every event started on time and perfectly matched the vision we had created together. Hiring her for my special day was undoubtedly the best decision. Victoria was easy to work with and guided me through every step of the process. I can't say enough great things about Victoria and Jewel of Ruby Events! She was very professional and punctual with every aspect she helped us with. We booked her for month of coordination, but she helped with much more than just that. I was impressed with Victoria after our first phone call before hiring her as our day-of coordinator. We previously did not budget for a day of coordinator for the wedding but, ultimately decided we should look into it.

Let me tell you - it is WORTH every.single.penny! Victoria is amazing. Some of the most impactful aspects of working with her were the timeline she created for how the day flows, coordinating the flowers, cake, caterer, and DJ arrival to running the whole day, and doing the last-minute things I wouldn’t have thought I would have needed. Our wedding had about 130 people and Victoria brought an assistant to help with the day. They both had headsets and were communicating with each other while carefully handling the chaos of a wedding. I have never felt so special. They both checked in with me, made sure everyone was where they needed to be throughout the night, and most importantly took away all of the stress. Victoria is dependable, she is talented, and most importantly a phenomenal wedding planner. She has my highest recommendation. She will not disappoint you. People say weddings are stressful, and yes they are but, l was actually able to enjoy the day and the days leading up to the wedding because of her.

Victoria is a wedding saver my goodness!!! She came in halfway through our wedding planning and got the ball rolling from the jump. She was amazing to work with and we couldn't have had an awesome wedding without her. She was very organized and the wedding day went off without hitch. We had a 2 day Nigerian wedding, which are not easy to plan and organize, but Victoria took care of it and we had an amazing 2 day event. We would definitely recommend her for your wedding needs. I am a violinist and recently had the pleasure of working with Jewel of Ruby Events at a wedding in Charlotte. She sent out detailed easy to read timelines, maps, and parking instructions to all the vendors. Everyone in weddings is busy this time of year but I really appreciated that she took the time to call on the phone to touch base the week before the wedding. During the ceremony she gave clear cues and made sure everyone had everything that they needed. Hiring a great wedding planner like this not only takes the stress off the couple getting married but also makes everything easier for the vendors involved.
