Jessica was absolutely amazing! From helping us through out the planning process, and even making the last few months leading up to the wedding so stress free! She was able to confirm with all of my vendors for me and take on all that stress from my husband and I! The weekend of she was such a rock star! She was able to organize, set up, tear down, fill in and advise where needed (which was everywhere lol). Our wedding was exactly how we envisioned it to the T because of Jessica and her team! Not to mention she’s so nice and chill and so easy to get a long with! I recommend her to all of the brides I know!

Beyond the planning phase, Jessica was instrumental to our wedding day, and we literally could not have done it without her. She thought of everything, so we got to relax and let her direct everyone. Everything ran on track, no detail was missed, and everyone had a great time. The thought and care that Jessica puts into your wedding is obvious at every step—and extends beyond the wedding itself. As an example, my wedding dress had an overskirt that was removable. At the reception, my parents said that they would take the overskirt home but forgot about it. When we realized that it was missing the day after, I called Jessica in a panic since we were leaving the next morning for our honeymoon. She immediately took control, reassured us, and tracked down the overskirt. That was literally so above and beyond, and we were able to stop stressing as soon as we knew she was on it. It’s the perfect example of Jessica’s dedication that she willingly went out of her way to deal with a post-wedding problem caused by someone else. We know our day would not have been so perfect without her and could not recommend her enough!

Jessica went above and beyond from the moment we hired her! She brings so much experience and has the BEST advice. I was definitely a type A bride that thought I did not need a coordinator. We weren’t too far down the path of wedding planning when I kept thinking about how nice it would be to have someone I trusted on our side with the sole purpose of executing our day. There honestly are not many people I would trust with this task, but Jessica is definitely one of them. While we originally planned to use Jess for day of coordination only, we quickly realized we needed her for partial planning. Jessicia was always recommending ideas and asking us questions that we were not even thinking about. She attended all of our site walks and helped us make decisions which was crucial for me since none of my family members or bridal party live in Pittsburgh. Throughout planning our wedding Jess truly did become a friend to us. I felt comfortable asking her whatever I needed to and knew that she would be there to help in any way she could. As a bride I was obsessed with the details. There were a lot of questions sent to Jess and ideas bounced back and forth. The week of and day of our wedding Jess helped us tremendously. She organized all of our vendors, created the most detailed timeline, and communicated all these details to our vendors directly. When we had a nightmare transportation issue two days before our wedding she was immediately on the phone with the vendor. Jess also has great relationships with other vendors which is key if you want to do things off the beaten path - like adding custom bars in a space of a venue typically reserved for catering. If anything went wrong on our day, we definitely were not aware of it because of Jess. She did a great job at keeping the entire day on schedule. Jess’s help to us did not end after the wedding day. She continued to help return personal items to us the days and weeks after. You don’t realize how many things have to physically move - cookie trays, bouquets you want to preserve, return of the cake stand, leftover food or cookies, etc. Jess was on top of all of these tasks and I’m not sure how we would have handled these items without her. We are so happy we chose Jess to help plan our wedding! Take it from this Type A engineer bride that Jess is your hype woman and the perfect coordinator to execute your vision.

If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, this is your sign to hire one and to make sure it is Jessica! My husband and I truly would not have had the calm, stress-free, and exciting day we had without hiring Jess. We hired Jessica in June 2022 for our August 12, 2023 wedding at Linden Hall Mansion in Fayette County, PA. From the beginning, Jessica was there to assist us in finding vendors and showing up to appointments to advocate for us and our preferences. She really listened to what we wanted and did everything she could to respect our values, budget and goals. Jessica was always prompt to respond via phone call or text whenever we had a question, concern, or change in plans. Jessica is innovative, creative and skilled at her job. She could always come up with a solution to any roadblocks and issues we ran into. She connected us to wonderful vendors who made our day so memorable and like her, were so kind and easy to work with. We hired many vendors and somehow Jess kept track of everything. The day before our wedding, Jessica was at our venue in the morning reviewing set up of cocktail hour and the reception space so all decor and room layout was exactly how we wanted it. She directed everyone through the rehearsal process and made sure everyone knew their roles. The morning of our wedding was so peaceful. I didn't have to worry about anything!!!! The only emotions I felt were excitement and love- the only things a bride should feel on her day :) Jess greeted us by text message in the morning to get us excited and routinely checked in on me and my bridesmaids, my husband and the groomsmen, and the parents. Meanwhile I know Jess was running all around our large venue space setting up/directing staff in multiple rooms in the mansion, outside at the ceremony site and down at our reception tent. She always had a smile on her face and kept everyone on time the entire day. During the reception, she had drinks ready for us at all times, made sure our food preferences were plated and at our sweetheart table as soon as dinner service began, and even planted our cell phones at our table so we could take selfies together while our guests ate. I had an accessories change during the reception and Jessica was there to assist me. She had my touch up makeup bag and accessories ready to go and got me back on the dance floor in under 2 minutes. Jessica assembled countless glo-sticks and handed out dancing props to all our guests on the dancefloor. Toward the end of the night it started to rain and delayed our closing fireworks we had planned on surprising guests with. Jessica did everything she could once the rain cleared up to get me, my husband and our guests outside to enjoy the firework display. She held my dress up for me so it wouldn't get grass stains while we watched our fireworks. If there were any mishaps or mistake, we never found out because Jess made sure that we only were focused on having fun with our family and friends! The morning after our wedding, I found all our personal belongings neatly packed up and ready to be loaded into our cars thanks to Jess. To this day we still say how fun and wonderful our wedding day was. I hope this gives any reader of this review an idea of how wonderful and stress-free your big day can be if you hire Jessica. I cannot recommend Jessica enough for any bride. Due to covid and changing venues, Jessica basically had to help me plan 3 different weddings in an 11 month span. She was a LIFE SAVER. She had amazing contacts when I needed to add additional vendors with the changing venues and continually reached out to all of my existing vendors to let them know about venue changes to make sure everyone was on the same page. She created our entire time line for us which went seamless through the day. She got a feel of what our style was and was able to take it to the next level with the most amazing ideas I would never have thought of on my own. And most importantly she kept me sane through the entire process. I constantly had questions for her, and she was never more than a text or phone call away. She would always have an answer, and if she didn't she would tell us her plan to get to that answer. She was 100% reliable and did everything AND MORE of what we could of asked of her. By the big day I had complete confidence in her and I knew her and I had the same vision of what the ceremony and reception space should look like, which kept me from being worried at all that morning. And sure enough I walked into the venue and didn't have to adjust a single thing before guests arrived. Jess even went the extra mile to be the one to secure my veil before we started that day ❤️.
