My husband and I could not have been happier to have had Jessica (Dum) Mattingly as our wedding/ day of coordinator!! She made the entire process as stress free as possible. It was especially helpful to my mom and both of our families to be able to arrive at the wedding ceremony/ reception and not have to worry about any of the details because we had full trust in Jess. The day was perfect and we cannot thank Jess enough. There are so many small details that she ensures you are thinking of along the way during wedding planning. Her communication with our vendors was excellent and her timely responses to all of our questions was so appreciated. I could not recommend hiring a wedding coordinator enough!!

Can’t say enough great things about Jess and JDWC! Even my husband (who tends to be on the frugal side) said he couldn’t have imagined what we would have done without hiring Jess. Jess is VERY organized and was so great at keeping all of our details and constant changes up to date. We had a ton of details and as a type A bride, I had a very detailed vision. My wedding day was stress-free because I knew whatever came up, Jess would figure it out. She also was SO helpful when it came communicating with vendors and helping us advocate for us. Truly can’t recommend her enough! Best investment we made!

As soon as I got engaged I started looking into potential wedding coordinators (had just moved from Chicago to Indy) and my SIL immediately sent me JDWC's website and said they were the best team in Indy. I worked with Natasha and she was an absolute dream! For anyone who is on the fence... I am extremely organized, type A, planner, visionary, detail orientated and still couldn't have done it without Natasha. She became a true companion and friend and even though I thought I had thought of everything, I did not. Natasha and I met a handful of times (she even came to our first walkthrough with us) and it was just so fun every single time! She is kind, thoughtful, warm, passionate, organized, and so professional. The couple of months leading up to the wedding I was feeling so many different feels, happy, excited, anxious, nervous - I was constantly replaying the day over and over in my head. All of that to say that I will never forget the way that I woke up on my wedding day, pure peace. From the moment I woke up on my wedding day, I was calm and at peace. I owe so much of that to Natasha because I knew that I was in the best hands and that she had my back. Natasha was there with me pretty much the entire day and made sure that everything went flawlessly. JDWC was hands down one of my favorite vendors I worked with and they will do everything to make sure your wedding day is the perfect day you always dreamed of! Love everything about this team and how they love their brides!

Hiring Jessica was the best decision we made for my daughter's wedding. Her attention to detail is amazing. She was always very responsive, no matter what or when we were reaching out to her. The best part was that on the day of the wedding, I was so relaxed and could be there for my daughter because Jessica had everything under control. At the beginning of the planning, we were all undecided on whether we should have a wedding planner, we weren't even sure what they did. We hired Brittany from JDWC for our September 2023 wedding and were blown away by her expertise and attentiveness she gave to our wedding and vendors. With a variety of factors that made our wedding day a bit complicated, hiring Jessica and JDWC was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. I have hired Jess Mattingly for all 3 of my daughter’s weddings, one of which was her first wedding ever!! She is professional, timely and very dependable. She and her staff think of everything to the smallest detail. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, do it! We had heard about JDWC from family friends who had used this team and loved them! We had Megan as our day of coordinator and there are not enough words to be able to describe just how helpful and amazing she was! She was so organized and she always thought of the little details that you just don't have time to think about. She went above and beyond for us and was there all day Saturday to make sure things ran smoothly. Megan was someone you could absolutely trust that the day will run smoothly. She is so organized, efficient, and a dream to work with. We feel so blessed that Megan helped us with our special day and she deserves all the praise & credit for the outstanding work that she did! I could not recommend using JDWC more! As a bride that wasn't super invested in the small details because it would stress me out, Megan came along and helped me figure out literally every detail from start to finish! If you are a bride that enjoys the planning process but need some extra support layers to bring your day to life, you will not regret booking this team! They are worth every penny spent and will be the reason you are able to look back on your day with such ease and happiness!

Natasha was the coordinator that I worked with! She was absolutely amazing. She kept me sane, but also supported me in making my vision for our day come to life. A wonderful group to work with and I would recommend to anyone :)
