The Bella Bridesmaids group in Indy was great! We used them for my May 2019 Wedding in Indy. My bridesmaids were located all over the country, so it was helpful that they had several locations and an online portal to manage the process. They were patient, flexible, and easy to work with. They helped me set up my online profile, add my bridesmaids, and they were knowledge about the inventory. I arrived with a vision in mind, and I had researched designers that I wanted to see. After reviewing my options, they had some other styles to offer to provide another perspective.

While the Indy location was helpful, the Chicago locations were less accommodating. The Chicago staff was less knowledgeable about the products and process when it came to ordering sizes. The stores aim to be size inclusive, but they could improve on this point. Since they have less larger sizes, a couple of my bridesmaids needed to try on other styles to then guess the sizes. This then led to leaning on the staff for sizing recommendations (i.e. is it better to size up or size down, etc.) In the end, they recommended up and the dresses were huge that arrived and the tailoring process was very difficult because the cups and things would be in the wrong place, etc. In the end, we were able to work things out. But the process with the Chicago office was not helpful.

As for the quality of the dresses, they were beautiful and fit my vision.

My experience with Bella Bridesmaids was amazing. Their stylists have such a great eye and were able to help me pull my vision together. Their advice and suggestions were very much needed and appreciated! Leaving Bella, I was even more excited about my wedding day and how beautiful it will be! Thank you for making me, and my bridal party feel so special!

I bought my rehearsal dinner dress at Bella and it was perfect! I love their entire team! They were sweet and incredibly helpful! I was ordering on a short timeframe and they delivered things on time and exceeded my expectations. They carry such a broad array of dresses and I LOVE the Aidan Mattox dress that I purchased! I can't wait to go back next time I need a dress for an event!

Kathleen and her staff are AMAZING! As the MOB I struggled to find the perfect dress. Kathleen worked diligently to make that happen. The dress was hot off the runway and beautiful! The bride purchased several dresses for her showers, rehearsal dinner and nicer dresses for the future. Definitely a shop that is not just for bridesmaids and weddings.

The team at Bella Bridesmaid in Indy was very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted my bridesmaids to wear, BBI had it (reasonably priced), and were seamless in getting the orders from my bridesmaids. They were very organized and communicated promptly, always, making my life much easier. Plus they were always excited to hear from me and always interested in the details of our wedding. It's clear they just love being involved in weddings.

I had a really good experience with Bella Bridesmaid. They were great about accommodating our schedules and put up with us (and were lovely) when my mother and I called them way too many times and asked a lot of annoying questions.

It's also really nice to be able to have people go into the stores all around the country to get measured.

I cannot say enough great things about Bella Bridesmaids! They by far had the largest selection of dresses, colors, and styles of any of the other stores in the area, and for surprisingly reasonable prices!! The service was outstanding. Not did they take ample time to listen to me about my vision for the dresses and my entire wedding day, but they made the entire experience so much fun for all of us! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dresses for my bridesmaids! I even changed the decision for my dresses at the last minute and they were so accommodating and made sure the entire ordering process went smoothly. If you're looking for beautiful bridesmaids dresses, Bella Bridesmaids is the place to go!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The dresses are fabulous but the staff make this place! They have great ideas and really care about making you feel special! I worked with two girls there and changed my mind on bridesmaid dresses a couple times and they worked with me to create the perfect look! All 8 bridesmaids and myself ended up so happy! Go here!

I would and have (highly) recommended Bella Bridesmaid for bridesmaids dresses or a casual wedding dress. They have an abundance of colors and styles to choose from and were the only vendor in the city I could find who carry TwoBirds twist dresses. They are extremely nice, pleasant to work with, and professional. They were always readily available to answer any questions I had. Bonus: my bridesmaids' dresses came in ahead of schedule!

Please go see Allison, and her sweet dog Penny, at Bella! From the second I walked in her beautiful boutique I knew I'd finally find bridesmaid dresses there. I am in love with how the girls looked. I picked Lula Kate dresses and the versatility was perfect! This allowed my girls to not only look gorgeous, but they felt good, too. And, I promise their dresses will be worn again. I have honestly seriously considered buying one for myself with all the weddings we have coming up. Finally, there is a line of dresses that are just as fashionable as all of my friends and didn't leave them with another frumpy satin dress to collect dust in their closets. The whole process, from picking dresses to getting them in earlier than expected, was perfect! This will be my go-to store for any dressy event in the future and I've been recommending them to all my friends since there are locations around the US. Thank you, Allison!
