My husband and I could not have been happier to have had Jessica (Dum) Mattingly as our wedding/ day of coordinator!! She made the entire process as stress free as possible. It was especially helpful to my mom and both of our families to be able to arrive at the wedding ceremony/ reception and not have to worry about any of the details because we had full trust in Jess. The day was perfect and we cannot thank Jess enough. There are so many small details that she ensures you are thinking of along the way during wedding planning. Her communication with our vendors was excellent and her timely responses to all of our questions was so appreciated. I could not recommend hiring a wedding coordinator enough!! -

Even my husband noticed how valuable JDWC was!
Can’t say enough great things about Jess and JDWC! Even my husband (who tends to be on the frugal side) said he couldn’t have imagined what we would have done without hiring Jess. Jess is VERY organized and was so great at keeping all of our details and constant changes up to date. We had a ton of details and as a type A bride, I had a very detailed vision. My wedding day was stress-free because I knew whatever came up, Jess would figure it out. She also was SO helpful when it came communicating with vendors and helping us advocate for us. Truly can’t recommend her enough! Best investment we made! -

As soon as I got engaged I started looking into potential wedding coordinators (had just moved from Chicago to Indy) and my SIL immediately sent me JDWC's website and said they were the best team in Indy. I worked with Natasha and she was an absolute dream! For anyone who is on the fence... I am extremely organized, type A, planner, visionary, detail orientated and still couldn't have done it without Natasha. She became a true companion and friend and even though I thought I had thought of everything, I did not. Natasha and I met a handful of times (she even came to our first walkthrough with us) and it was just so fun every single time! She is kind, thoughtful, warm, passionate, organized, and so professional. The couple of months leading up to the wedding I was feeling so many different feels, happy, excited, anxious, nervous - I was constantly replaying the day over and over in my head. All of that to say that I will never forget the way that I woke up on my wedding day, pure peace. From the moment I woke up on my wedding day, I was calm and at peace. I owe so much of that to Natasha because I knew that I was in the best hands and that she had my back. Natasha was there with me pretty much the entire day and made sure that everything went flawlessly. JDWC was hands down one of my favorite vendors I worked with and they will do everything to make sure your wedding day is the perfect day you always dreamed of! Love everything about this team and how they love their brides!

Best Decision
We hired Brittany from JDWC for our September 2023 wedding and were blown away by her expertise and attentiveness she gave to our wedding and vendors. With a variety of factors that made our wedding day a bit complicated, hiring Jessica and JDWC was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. I knew I could sit back and enjoy the wedding day knowing Brittany was taking care of every detail. I would highly recommend utilizing JDWC and Brittany in particular for wedding coordination. You won’t regret it! -

Natasha was unbelievable. She was so sweet and nice to work with. I find that wedding planners can stress you out sometimes, and Natasha did the complete opposite. She was so patient, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. She thought of EVERYTHING. And any time I wanted to change something last minute - she did it for me with no hesitation. Even is she didn't sign up for it- she definitely played the role as my wedding therapist as well! ha-ha! You will have NO regrets if you go with JDWC- as a group they are an amazing company. -

Our wedding day went smoothly from one event to the next, and we have JDWC to thank for that! We are so grateful we worked with JDWC for day of coordination services. Kendra was incredibly helpful throughout the process! From a comprehensive timeline to overseeing vendor arrival times, she ensured every detail was covered. She helped me think of details and items that I would've overlooked without her guidance. Kendra truly had us covered and allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about vendor arrival times or staying on schedule. JDWC is experienced, organized and reliable! -

I was beyond impressed and so grateful to have worked with JDWC for my Day Of Coordination services. Through carefully planned check-ins, they helped me keep track of every detail from the thoroughly mapped out day-of timeline, to the list detailing each item that I needed to prepare or check off my to-do list for the big day.
I was always able to reach out to Jessica and Natasha throughout the planning process to ask them advice and opinion questions or request reminders. They were timely and responsive each time! I was able to pack up everything I needed for the ceremony and reception using their checklists and pass it along to them a few days prior to the wedding. This way, I didn't have to worry about gathering all of it and bringing it to the venue myself.
Natasha was excellent on the big day, setting up each detail of the reception and working with my other vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when. I knew that I wouldn't have to stress about a single detail and that was such a relief.
JDWC is a day-of-coordination group, but their services went above and beyond the wedding day itself. They are accommodating, flexible, organized, and reliable. I would recommend JDWC to all brides! -

I interviewed several wedding coordinators to see who I would get along with best and who offered the types of services I was looking for. Jessica focuses specifically on the day of coordination, which I knew would be a must for me because I wanted to enjoy the day stress free and focus on my friends, family, and husband on the day of the wedding. Jessica was by far the coordinator who was the friendliest and who I trusted to make sure my wedding was flawless. I was planning a wedding on a shorter (5 month) timeline, flying in a photography team from California, getting my wedding dress delivered from a boutique in D.C., shipping in fine China from Virginia to give you a sense of how intricate all of the details were. My husband and I also had friends and family coming in from 17 different states (all while juggling unknowing COVID logistics), so we wanted to give our guests the best experience possible. Jessica was extremely detail oriented and acted as a human checklist for me to make sure all areas of my wedding were executed perfectly. She even acted as a pseudo wedding therapist when wedding stress was high and I was trying to juggle overly opinionated family members (thanks Jess!). I can confidently say if you want to throw a stunning and stress free wedding in the Indianapolis area, Jessica is the wedding coordinator for you. I loved, loved, loved working with her and she was the most essential vendor I hired. Thank you again for all of your hard work and positive energy Jessica! -

Jess was everything I heard she would be and MORE! I was referred to Jess by previous bride friends that have used her services. I knew I would value her services as I truly trusted the previous brides that used and referred her... but she was even BETTER than expected. My mom was originally hesitant about needing a day of coordinator but once I explained to her all that Jess would be doing leading up to the wedding but also our actual wedding day she was sold immediately!! She thinks ahead to things as a bride I didn't even know I needed to think about. Not only is she AMAZING at what she does, she is an incredible person and truly cares about her brides. After every call or meeting with her I felt confident my wedding was in good hands with her. I can’t thank her enough and the whole JDWC team for making my special day effortless for me as the bride. There wasn’t one minute that went by where the bridal party or my family worried or wondered about one single detail because Jess had it ALL covered! -

We did not plan to hire a wedding coordinator originally, but a few months in decided we needed the help and to make the investment to work with Jessica. I am so happy we did, it was the best decision we made. From the beginning, Jessica helped me think through all of the details that I was completely unaware of. One of her first projects with me was putting together a rough timeline and that was extremely helpful as we started working with other vendors and planning out more concrete details. She is patient, kind, very responsive, and a joy to work with. She also was key to our rehearsal and the perfect timing of the ceremony processional including organizing our three sweet flower girls. I would recommend her time and time again to anyone planning a wedding. -

If there is one thing I would tell all future brides, it would be to hire a wedding coordinator... specifically Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination! Jessica is absolutely amazing! I simply can't say enough wonderful things about her! One thing I wanted as a bride was to be able to bounce ideas off of someone and also to have someone take all of the stress away from me! Jessica does this in every way possible! She was organized, incredibly helpful with her ideas, and most importantly so friendly and welcoming to myself and my husband. As a bride, you do not want to have to worry about every last detail and making sure things get done the way you envision it. Jessica took all of my stress away, was in contact with all of my vendors so I did not have to keep up with that, and was able to create the most amazing wedding I have always dreamed of! Hire Jessica as your coordinator! I promise you will not regret it! We loved her! -

Jessica came very highly recommended by several local friends and they were right- she truly made the day seamless and easy which allowed us to just enjoy it. She thought of things that would have never crossed my mind yet ended up being important details of the day. She was incredibly flexible throughout the madness of wedding planning during a pandemic and I was constantly impressed at how she managed to keep all the details organized amidst lots of pivoting and changing of plans. She was incredibly empathic throughout some of the harder decisions we had to make and knew when to offer advice vs. leave things up to us. She’s great at her job but also really fun to work with! I can’t imagine the day without her :) -

As I reflect on my time as a bride, I cannot imagine going through this entire process without Jessica. With all the changes, questions, and uncertainty, there was never a time when Jessica did not have the answer.
During the planning process, she was honest and reliable with all of her communication. Leading up the wedding day, she not only communicated with all of my vendors, developed a detailed timeline, came to my house to pick up materials, but she also did this with undeniable compassion and professionalism. On my wedding day, she was such a sounding board! At any given point, she was seamlessly running the event while also checking in on my husband and me personally.
My wedding day was absolutely magical, and Jessica certainly played such a large role. For anyone looking for a wedding coordinator that is a bundle of joy and extremely organized - its Jessica! -

Best decision we made!
My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Kendra from the JDWC team on our wedding day! Kendra was absolutely amazing and helped us feel very at ease on the wedding day! We had a few appointments with Kendra leading up to our big day and she brought up wonderful ideas and brought up things we hadn’t even thought of! We had a lot of personal items we wanted to incorporate for the wedding and she picked them all up from us, transported them to the reception and made our vision come to life! I simply can’t imagine not having her as our day of coordinator! She went above and beyond for us, the day before the wedding I called her at 8 am with the timeline change and she immediately communicated it to all of our vendors and called me back once it was all confirmed! On the best day of our lives it was so nice knowing that Kendra would handle
Any mishaps that came up or simply make sure the timeline went according to the plan we had made! I HIGHLY recommend working with the Jess Dum wedding group! -

You know how sometimes you wish you could be two places at once? Jess makes that happen! We could not have gotten through the day without her. Jessica was one of my top vendors on my list to book early on. From all the positive reviews and beautiful weddings I saw her team master from mutual friends on social media - I knew she was someone I hoped to have available for my special day!
Not only is Jessica thee SWEETEST person - but she truly loves what she does, and makes you feel like this is the only wedding she's planning for the year. Any inspirational idea, or design you had seen and hoped to have, she found a way to make it happen. She was amazing to work with, and made planning SO much more fun and less stressful! Most importantly, Jessica literally took every worry out of the equation pre, post and during my wedding day. My family had two weddings within 3 months apart, each being held in different states. I had to plan a 300 person wedding within 3 months essentially - and Jessica made it happen with ease. Any issue that arose (which does happen even day of!) she was on top of it, and took care of it. I would 100% recommend her to anyone and I'm so grateful to have had her, and her assistant Natasha for my wedding. I can't thank her enough for ALL she did for my family and myself to help plan such an incredible day I will never forget :) -

Jessica's service was priceless. If you know me, i'm a very high anxiety person. The day of the wedding i had 0 stress or anxiety. That is only because i knew Jessica was in control. She helped me with our first initial meeting with things i needed to think about for the wedding that i never knew existed. She was always available for questions throughout the process. She never once persuaded me either way or made me feel pressure to do one thing over the other. She was so laid back and wanted this to be my wedding experience and was there as my backbone. The day of the wedding nothing went wrong, and if it did, i still to this day know nothing about it. I was hesitant to pay for a wedding planner, and at the end it was the best money spent. You will not regret Jessica's services. -

Choosing JDWC as our day of coordinator was easily one the easiest and best decisions we made. From the moment we met Brittany at our consultation meeting, we knew that she would be the absolute best person to manage our day. Brittany is extremely detailed, was always available for questions or bouncing ideas off of her, a total calming presence at the rehearsal and the day of, and just super fun to be around. We had our final meeting the Tuesday before our wedding and I truly felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could enjoy the special time that Drew and I were in from that point on. I could not recommend JDWC or Brittany more. I just wish we could do it over and over again so we can continue to work together!! THANK YOU! -

I cannot recommend Jessica enough. She was the best month of/day of wedding coordinator. My wedding week wish was that my parents and I would be relaxed and enjoy the moment. My goal of hiring a day of coordinator was to be a guest at my own wedding, and Jess allowed that to happen! She was an amazing day of coordinator! My husband and I both say this was the best money we spent for our wedding. Jess was well organized leading up to the wedding. She helped us with to do lists and contacting vendors for us. I had peace of mind knowing that everything was thought of and we were not missing anything. Then the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of with the vendors, dj, venue, and decorations, so my husband and I could relax and really enjoy the day. She also made sure we and our bridal party had drinks, which was a huge help as well. She really is the best and we are so happy we got to work with her. I cannot recommend her enough! -

JDWC was the BEST decision I made in my wedding planning! almost immediately after setting my date, I scheduled a consultation with Jessica from Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination. In our first meeting, Jessica put any nerves I had regarding wedding planning at ease. She outlined her services and how she can assist me. I loved the idea of a day-of-wedding coordinator because I felt that I could take care of the planning and other decisions, but I liked that on the day of the wedding, I would not have to think about anything except getting married to my husband. She was beyond professional, reassuring and even helped give me little reminders of things I needed to get done by certain deadlines. By the week of the wedding, I wasn't worried about a thing and honestly, that day she took care of everything. Creating a timeline that was perfect from the moment I woke up on my wedding day, confirming everything with my vendors and even assisting when we had to make a quick change in our plans due to weather. As if a she were my own fairy godmother, Jess was by my side whenever I needed her and behind the scenes making sure every detail was perfect. She made the day and night so fun and relaxing for everyone. She is a true professional who knows her business and I can't recommend JDWC enough. From our first meeting to the wedding day I was blown away by her skills. As the mother of the bride who pays attention to every last detail I was relaxed and confident throughout the entire process due to Jessica. Her smile, professionalism, and up bet personality are infectious. You know you have the right person when your daughter recommends Jessica to a friend and tells her she would go without flowers for her wedding day rather than give up Jessica. And we had a lot of flowers! I enjoyed every last minute of my daughter's big day because Jessica knows what it takes to get the job done right.
