Jasmine was the day-of coordinator for my wedding of 175 guests. She was prepared, professional, and calm. She created a timeline for the wedding party and all the vendors, facilitated the rehearsal, went back and forth from the venue to the hotel to make sure things were running smoothly, helped attach the boutonnieres, cued the music and processional, and helped gather our gifts and personal items from the tables at the end of the wedding. She relayed messages to/from me and the other vendors. We had 3 guests show up who forgot to RSVP, and Jasmine helped figure out where to seat them based on people who got sick and canceled at the last minute. In the end everything worked out. We were so grateful for Jasmine's help in making our special day run smoothly.

Jazzy’s was great and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my big day! She was accommodating and supplied everything for the centerpieces! Jasmine was also great about setting up all the DIY décor that I brought to the venue. So glad I went with her for the day-of coordinating!

Jasmine and her team made our June wedding amazing. Jasmine is so well organized, before after and during the event. I did not have to worry about one thing, I knew she had everything handled. I could not have done it without her and her team!

Working with Jasmine was a very easy experience. I told her what we were looking to do and our budget and she made it happen. I had a vision of what I wanted and even when she wasn't sure how it would look she tried and succeeded in giving us what we wanted. I loved working with someone that was open to suggestions, even though they are the planner. Our event was an outdoor evening dance. The theme was fairytales, so we wanted everything to look whimsical. Jasmine added so many delicate touches to our decor that it all tied together magically. She was very communicative leading up to the day of event and notified me whenever there was a change that needed to be made. On the day of the event she and her staff had everything ready to go on time and it turned out better than even we expected.

This dance is held every year and it was by far one of the best that many of the attendees had ever been too! We thank Jasmine many times over!

Jasmine was a great day of coordinator for my husband and my wedding on August 17, 2019. She did everything that we asked of her. We added a significant amount of decorations that we wanted to include at our reception, which we showed Jasmine the day before and she did a spectacular job of incorporating this request into the look of the reception venue without any hesitation or complaints. An added bonus was Jasmine's rates were very reasonable for the high quality of service that she offered.

Jasmine was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process, especially when dealing with vendors. I know a lot of people asked my fiancé (at the time) and I why we wanted to spend money on a day of coordinator when we could have just had family and friends help, however, I am so happy that we made this decision to have Jasmine be our day of wedding coordinator.

I honestly sometimes have a hard time trusting other people and letting go because I can be somewhat of a perfectionist at times and want things done in a very specific way. Well to be honest, Jasmine was amazing and having her there made the day run much more smoothly while my (now husband), :) myself and my family just got to relax and enjoy the day rather than worrying about yet ANOTHER to do list.

Just remember future brides just DON’T FORGET to include everything you want on your to do lists for your coordinator. That list that Jasmine asks for helped exponentially so for the most part my husband I did not forget all the things we wanted or were important to us on the day of our wedding.

The most important thing I have to say about Jasmine is you can tell she is passionate about planning your wedding and will go above and beyond to make sure your special day turns out amazing!

I am so incredibly happy I found Jasmine! I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! She was so accommodating and did everything she could to make sure my day went smooth. I really appreciated her timeliness when responding to my questions and she also prompted questions to me that made sure I didn't forget any important details. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Jasmine nothing short of a stellar job with our wedding! From the start, she was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Everything from where to start looking, things to look for in venues, and budgeting to decorations and day of coordination. She was very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. The best part was that we were able to enjoy our wedding because Jasmine took care of all of the day of details and coordination! Several of our other wedding vendors commented to us after the wedding on how easy Jasmine was to work with.

I worked with Jasmine on a vendor level (she came in as the wedding planner to my venue!) and she was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive to any question I had about the big day, and made sure to keep me informed on any changes the bride wanted to make "spur of the moment". I never felt like I was bothering her, and she really does have the best interest of the couple in mind making their day go as smoothly as possible. I always encourage couples to choose someone that either the venue knows, or they know work very well alongside the other vendors, and Jazzy's Event Planning is just that kind of place!
