I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a ring. April, Jake, and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, especially for someone who answered most of their questions with, "ummm," "I don't know," and "maybe." After I picked my ring they shipped it to me in Phoenix overnight and I had it the next day! My fiance and everyone loved it and it was WAAAAAY under what I was expecting to pay.
