There’s a reason why people say that your photographer is the most important person at your wedding, right after the actual couple. Jason was not only personable, funny, and kind, but he was an excellent photographer. He made sure to listen to what we wanted, worked with us on a realistic timeline, and made sure to get to know us as actual people (including some Instagram sleuthing on his part) instead of just another booking.

On our wedding day, he helped us stay organized and get our requested shots without it feeling like we were getting stalked by paparazzi. You could tell he had a real passion and love for what he does, and that energy was infectious. We even had a few people tell us after the fact that they loved working with him and “he was literally everywhere.” It felt more like he was a guest at our wedding than just some guy we hired off of the internet. Overall, we are thrilled with his working and cannot recommend him enough for your special day.

I don't have enough words to describe how incredible Jason Corey was for our wedding day. From the moment we met him to the very last photo he took, we knew we were in the best hands. As one of the most friendly, helpful, and kind people involved in our wedding, he truly made the day magical. He was very straight forward with the booking process, no secrets or tricks. When it came down to shooting the wedding, him and his second shooter Corey were everywhere! They captured every loving, caring, funny, special moment, and then some! He wasn't just a photographer, he became part of the family. When Jason sent us our teaser pictures after the wedding, they were so beautiful and captured the day so perfectly, we couldn't wait for the finals! We've had them for about a month now and haven't stopped looking at every detail, every angle, every moment beautifully captured by Jason. I cannot recommend him enough, he will be one of the best memories of our wedding.

Jason Corey was our wedding photographer in October of 2024. Choosing him to shoot our big day was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Not only is he an absolute professional, he is an amazing guy with an outstanding personality. The quality of the photographs exceeded our expectations, and his turnaround time was faster than we expected. Everything came out perfect and our wedding day flowed seamlessly because of Jason’s attention to detail and professionalism. Jason was amazing and so were the results we got! He captured every moment that had meaning to us and even ones that we didn't think could be or would be captured. He asked for our thoughts and ideas of specific pictures we wanted and he got each one (including specific veil pictures I had asked for... even though the wind wouldn't cooperate...STILL GOT THEM! ) He was punctual, efficient, SUPER NICE, and also kept us moving along because lets face it, large wedding parties need some "corralling" sometimes. By the time our day was over, he was practically part of our family!

Jason was our photographer for our proposal. He did an amazing and thorough job with the shoot from start to finish! He met with me a few times before proposal day to do a walk through and plan out exactly where the best lighting and background would be. We appreciated him taking some extra time the day of for pics in different parts of the venue. He brings a great energy alongside very creative ideas. Would definitely consider working with him in the future!

Jason was our wedding photographer (8/31/24) and he is simply the best! We did an engagement shoot back in Fall 2023 and Jason made us feel completely comfortable, not to mention the photos turned out perfect and exactly the vibe we were looking for. We appreciated how he provided direction on what to do without making our pics feel overproduced. The engagement pics were so great and we couldn’t wait to work with him and his 2nd photographer Amanda for the wedding. Jason helped us out a lot with figuring out what pics to include on our shot list and thinking through the logistics of photos for the day. He was also very responsive in communications during the planning process. Photos ran so smoothly the day of. Our friends and family loved Jason’s personality and professionalism. He captured both our formal photos and the candid types of guest photos we wanted perfectly. He also did an awesome job capturing cool angles of us at multiple photo locations, including on a busy bridge, historical property, and on the boat we arrived to our reception on. We got our photos back just in time for Christmas gifts and everyone has been raving about the quality and the special moments he captured. Some of our favorites are his shots from the dance floor where he captured us and our guests having the best time. Jason really went above and beyond for the best shots including hopping on the boat with us, riding around on our wedding party party bus to get action shots, and staying til the end of the reception to get all the best dance floor snapshots. Wish we could have another wedding to use Jason all over again!

Jason was our trophy vendor. We discovered him on our venue’s Instagram and were drawn in by his work making a couples rainy wedding day look like a dreamy scene. We were surprised to find his personality rivaled the quality of his photos. So many guests commented on how personable and fun he was. If he doesn’t photograph your wedding, you should invitey him as a guest. The photos speak for themselves but we feel so lucky all around to have worked with him! If you want a talented, responsive, fun photographer who will provide you with photos that make you feel like you're reliving your wedding day when you look at them, Jason is the one! My husband and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jason clearly loves what he does and it shines throughout every aspect of working with him. He is communicative about the whole process and makes sure he is coming into the day understanding what is most important to you and then some, down to details that I never would have thought of if he hadn't mentioned them to me in our discussions! On the day, he is well prepared while also flexible, making everything feel seamless and stress free as he guides the wedding party through the timeline to get all of the desired pictures. He is also incredibly creative, resulting in some of the most stunning photos from his posing directions and eye for beautiful elements in the area.

On top of all of that, he is just a joy to be around! Spending the day with Jason is so much fun. He effortlessly becomes a welcome part of whatever group he is in and makes everyone feel at ease.

Until you experience working with Jason, you can't understand how hard it is to put into words how fantastic he is. I've written six different versions of this review and still don't feel like I've done him justice. All I can say now is run, don't walk to book with him!
