We are still on such a high after a spectacular wedding experience with Jarrell Entertainment ! We truly can't express how perfect all the music was on Saturday. From the harpist setting such a moving tone for the ceremony, to the Dixons getting everyone excited for the reception, and then the entire set by DJ Inflyt and the Evolution band being so fresh and perfectly us — it was everything we dreamed of and more. We still don’t know how “i want to be your girlfriend” by girl in red was played at the absolute best moment right before the cake cutting -- it’s one of our favorites and the experience was so emblematic of how we felt like they understood our musical tastes so exceptionally well, the entire night! So many people came up to us afterwards and said that they usually never dance this much but that they didn't want to stop because this was the best wedding playlist they'd ever heard -- and we couldn't agree more!!

We are already counting down for future parties with Jarrell Entertainment. Highly highly recommend!

We hired DJ MKL for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely SO excited to be part of our big day. The music was spot on—he did such an incredible job at reading the crowd perfectly and kept the dance floor packed ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! I am so happy we choose the Evolution Hybrid DJ band for my daughter's wedding in Charleston on 11/03/24. Our DJ was Ray and our band had a vocalist, electric violin, electric guitar, saxophone, trumpet, percussion and drums. The guitar, sax and violin played some jazz during dinner which was beautiful and then after dinner we had the DJ and band playing and they were amazing! All the guests just couldn't stop complimenting us on our band choice! The dance floor was always full!
From the beginning of the planning until the end, Jarrell Entertainment was a breeze to work with. We had multiple meetings with Nancy, Elizabeth and Ray to make sure band knew what my daughter and son-in-law wanted to be played and how they wanted the evening to flow!

We recently hired DJ MKL with accompanying saxophone, trumpet and percussion for our wedding ceremony. They brought the party alive and kept it going throughout the night. DJ MKL + team were organized, talented, blended a wide range of music together seamlessly, and pleasant to work with throughout the process. We had Jarrell Entertainment provide music for our entire wedding: a string duo for the ceremony, a pianist for cocktail hour, and DJ MKL along with three instrumentalists for the reception. Not only was it a pleasure working with them before the wedding - they were extremely organized and always met our ideas and questions with a "yes" - but their talent really shined at our wedding. Never once did we have to check in on the music or vibe, they truly guided the energy of us and our guests all day long. Would definitely recommend!

DJ Othello, the musicians, and the entire Jarrell team were absolutely wonderful. DJ Othello had all of our friends dancing the entire time. I told him I wanted to be dancing 99% of the time, and he made that happen with the best music. Thank you for making this night exactly what we wanted!

Jarrell Entertainment did a fantastic job for our wedding. Extremely responsive and flexible. We had three pieces for the ceremony/cocktail hour (violin, cello, guitar) and a hybrid band, DJ, Singer for dancing after dinner. No one left the dance floor! The music was great. I recommend you create a playlist of the music you like to share ahead of time and also things you DO NOT want played.

DJ FLO melted faces at our wedding reception for over four hours. Guests that were happily married in attendance, considered divorcing their spouses at the end of the reception for a second opportunity at love with DJ FLO spinning. For your next event, DJ FLO should 100% be present. Let him advice and assist with an unforgettable event.

Working with Jarrell Entertainment was important for so many different reasons. My husband and I wanted a entertainment company that really understood our goals and wasn't just going to play a set track. As soon as I heard MKL's mixes I knew he was our DJ. We hired MKL as our DJ and also included a violinist, saxophonist, and guitarist. We also used Jarrell for our uplighting.

Ray, Kevin and Michael are true creatives. They are artists through and through. From the music, to lighting, sound checks and more Jarrell Entertainment looked at our event as a creative expression of our wedding and not just a wedding. Kevin orchestrated our event to be spectacular. He made sure the lighting was set to the music, the tone of the event had good vibes and that everyone hit their mark the day of. Kevin worked tirelessly with our venue to make sure that the sound of the event would be correct. I expected a DJ company to bring some speakers and call it a day. That is not at all what you get with Jarrell Entertainment. Kevin and his team brought in several speakers for around the room. They did a proper soundcheck before the event and planned ahead and added additional speakers where needed. They setup proper sound in every area that guests would be including the cocktail space, reception area and the outdoor terrace. Each area had a carefully planned sound system with multiple points for the music to play, not just one large speaker at the front. Kevin also worked with our florist, Ruth Ridgeway, to make sure the lighting captured our florals and made the most out of the room.

Michael (MKL), our DJ, was a pleasure to work with. We first spoke with him before booking and knew right after he was the one. Almost 2 years later and after postponing due to COIVD he pulled off an amazing event and created the best mixes. With Jarrell you aren't getting a DJ that you meet the day of. Kevin and Ray (the owner) were always available for us and spent countless hours going over ever detail. They both took the time and energy to run through multiple ways our event could be done being that COVID regulations were constantly changing. I can't thank them enough for being there for my husband and I during that time and for centering us when we had so many "what if" questions. Thank you MKL for being absolutely wonderful, Kevin for pulling off a complicated event in a seamless way, and Ray for always being there!
