From the first meeting I knew that Janessa would be a great planner/coordinator, she showed up early, worked around my schedule and took very detailed notes and asked all the right questions. We decided to get a Day of Wedding Coordinator about a month out from our wedding, Janessa and her team were WORTH EVERY PENNY. After attending a friends wedding and realizing how many things needed to be taken care of behind the scenes, I knew we would need help & Janessa and her team were everything we could have asked for. They help put up small decorations that we had brought to the room, place menu cards and name plates, helped set up the aisle runner and coordinated a perfect ceremony and perfectly timed reception. After the wedding, when I heard of all the small things that could have gone wrong that Janessa and her team handled I was even more happy with the decision. She also handled coordinating all of the vendor arrivals on contracts on the day of.

what can I say? Janessa made my wedding day possible! Our wedding day was a hurricane ... literally! Fifteen minutes before my ceremony started, South Florida decided to have a thunderstorm that made our planned outside ceremony impossible. All of my guests were wet, outside, no body knew were to go or what to do. IMMEDIATELY Janessa took charge and improvised. She directed and assigned everyone to positions to get the ceremony started and take care of our family and friends. while all of this was happening, I was in the bridal room reassured by Janessa that everything would be okay. She was able to set up everything inside within minutes and made it possible for us to have an amazing night despite of everything that happened.
