She helped us with every aspect of our wedding planning, from keeping track of everything we had booked, to making sure we had all of our details set for the day. We didn't feel comfortable just handling all of our wedding planning ourselves, and are glad we hired a full service wedding planner, rather than just a day of coordinator. We are more relaxed people and didn't have a strong sense of how to handle details, so having a good team was very important to bringing our wedding to life. Arleen was a great guide into the world of wedding planning. The day was incredibly special and we did not stress at all. We were able to enjoy the entire day from start to finish, and I know it was because of her.

I started working with Arlene about 4-5 months before my wedding, and I wish I would’ve had her earlier! From the beginning, she helped get me organized. She’s attentive, responsive, caring and very detailed. She listened to my ideas and helped to shape them. We have several teams meetings to go over plans, ideas, design… and she was able to get on the phone with me as we were picking vendors. She knew all the right questions to ask to make sure we made the right decisions for us. And, during a time of a family emergency, I felt extremely comfortable and confident that she would be able to make decisions for me that I wasn’t available to make. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it come to life, beyond what I thought possible.

The day of our wedding, Arlene was there bright and early, with an enthusiastic attitude and so excited for the day. She coordinated all the vendors and activities like she was conducting an orchestra! She had everything moving and set up quickly. The planning and talks we had truly paid off. When I finally saw the ceremony, cocktail and reception areas, it was absolutely perfect! If anything went wrong, I never knew about it. I had nothing to worry about, aside from getting ready and meeting my soon to be hubby at the end of the aisle!

My husband and I found Arleen back in late 2019/early 2020. We loved that she gives each couple personalized attention. I remember our first phone call and we clicked immediately. She really gives her clients individualized attention. We were originally planning to get married in September, 2020. Once the pandemic hit we decided to postpone, not once, but twice. My husband's family is from Brazil so we couldn't even have a small wedding since the borders were closed. Arleen was always there for us to give us guidance. We got to know her well and she understood what our vision was for the day. She reviewed our contracts, recommended vendors that fit our budget, stayed in contact with all our vendors and helped us pull off two postponements with grace. We finally got our wedding day in May this year with our families and close friends present. Arleen helped us keep our sanity and made the day run smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't have had such an amazing day without her. If you are looking for a planner that pays attention to details and truly listens to what you want for your wedding day, you need to hire her.
