We cannot recommend All That Glitters Event Design enough. Arleen helped us every step of the way and made sure our special day ran smoothly. She helped us with every aspect of our wedding planning, from keeping track of everything we had booked, to making sure we had all of our details set for the day. We didn't feel comfortable just handling all of our wedding planning ourselves, and are glad we hired a full service wedding planner, rather than just a day of coordinator. We are more relaxed people and didn't have a strong sense of how to handle details, so having a good team was very important to bringing our wedding to life. Arleen was a great guide into the world of wedding planning. The day was incredibly special and we did not stress at all. We were able to enjoy the entire day from start to finish, and I know it was because of her. -

From the initial consultation to the big day itself, Arleen demonstrated a level of professionalism and attention to detail that was nothing short of remarkable. Arleen's knowledge and responsiveness got me through all of the stress of DIY'ng 80% of my wedding. She was available at any given moment to either talk me off the ledge or give her seal of approval on a project. Her honesty and patience was always present in every conversation, he work is thorough and professional. -

Best of the Best!!!
We are beyond grateful to Arlene for all of her help… without her, my wedding would not have gone as smoothly or as beautifully!
I started working with Arlene about 4-5 months before my wedding, and I wish I would’ve had her earlier! From the beginning, she helped get me organized. She’s attentive, responsive, caring and very detailed. She listened to my ideas and helped to shape them. We have several teams meetings to go over plans, ideas, design… and she was able to get on the phone with me as we were picking vendors. She knew all the right questions to ask to make sure we made the right decisions for us. And, during a time of a family emergency, I felt extremely comfortable and confident that she would be able to make decisions for me that I wasn’t available to make. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it come to life, beyond what I thought possible.
The day of our wedding, Arlene was there bright and early, with an enthusiastic attitude and so excited for the day. She coordinated all the vendors and activities like she was conducting an orchestra! She had everything moving and set up quickly. The planning and talks we had truly paid off. When I finally saw the ceremony, cocktail and reception areas, it was absolutely perfect! If anything went wrong, I never knew about it. I had nothing to worry about, aside from getting ready and meeting my soon to be hubby at the end of the aisle!
I full heartedly recommend Arlene and All That Glitters Event Design for your wedding, or any other event. She is thoughtful, friendly, and honest… she will make your vision and ideas come to life and will do it with love!

My husband and I found Arleen back in late 2019/early 2020. We loved that she gives each couple personalized attention. I remember our first phone call and we clicked immediately. She really gives her clients individualized attention. We were originally planning to get married in September, 2020. Once the pandemic hit we decided to postpone, not once, but twice. My husband's family is from Brazil so we couldn't even have a small wedding since the borders were closed. Arleen was always there for us to give us guidance. We got to know her well and she understood what our vision was for the day. She reviewed our contracts, recommended vendors that fit our budget, stayed in contact with all our vendors and helped us pull off two postponements with grace. We finally got our wedding day in May this year with our families and close friends present. Arleen helped us keep our sanity and made the day run smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't have had such an amazing day without her. If you are looking for a planner that pays attention to details and truly listens to what you want for your wedding day, you need to hire her. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner or not, this is your sign.

When you want the best of the best....
Please, hire All That Glitters Event Design! When we decided to postpone our 10-10-20 wedding to 4-10-21 she made the process seamless. She really showed her love, support for us and assured everything was going to be perfect.
Honestly, planning my wedding I never thought I would connect so fondly with my wedding planner. Arleen became like family. She's truly a sweetheart and deserves all the success in the world. I could count on her for anything and she was always available via text, email or IG with-out hesitation. She answered all my questions and helped with tough decisions. She helped my wedding vision come to life and everybody at our wedding could not stop raving about how beautiful it was. I felt like I was living in a dream.
She helped source all these wonderful vendors that she knew I would love. Most of them where latina, female owned businesses that I was more than happy to support. And wow, they sure delivered! We had a tight budget and she was the first planner that I spoke to that assured me that we can work with it. I can't sing her praises enough.
In the future when it's time for me to plan another big life event I will definitely hire her again. Baby Lopera in a few years? 30th birthday? Who knows! All I know is that whatever we plan in the future it will be beautifully done and with so much love. -
