Janelle is the owner and founder of Janelle James Boutique. She opened her first location at Bridgeport Village in June 2012 with one goal in mind - exceptional customer service! Her very first job was a retail job and from there, it all started! Not only does she have a passion for retail, but for her customers as well. She strives to build a great customer relationship with her shoppers and most of the shoppers, she can call "a friend". With much success, she decided to expand Janelle James' fashion in the heart of downtown at Pioneer Place in July 2013.
