Working with Ivy and her team, along with the rest of the vendors was a fantastic experience. They were incredibly easy to collaborate with and were genuinely helpful throughout the day. Their patience in accommodating the demands of the day was commendable, especially as we had to be flexible with the weather.

Ivy (& Erin) were our wedding coordinators and florists for our wedding that took place in May 2023. I can’t even imagine what this wedding day would’ve looked like without Ivy! We hosted our daughter’s wedding on our family farm, sounds simple right? Not so simple! But Ivy helped plan every single detail from renting pews to renting dishes, meeting with the caterer and everything else in between. We also used her for all of the flowers, how she did it all I’ll never know. She was easy to communicate with and “yes” always seemed to be the answer. She was very attentive to our needs and making sure that my daughter and I were at ease on wedding day as she insisted that we relax and enjoy the day and leave the details to her (that is not my nature but I felt so comfortable with her and confident in her abilities that I was finally able to step back and let her do her thing) The wedding was absolutely unbelievable! Ivy’s ideas and vision came together in a magical way while still honoring our desires and wishes. My daughter’s favorite aspect of her wedding? “My bouquet!!”. The flowers were AMAZING! This was truly the most beautiful bridal bouquet I’ve ever seen and the bouquets for the bridal party were equally perfect. My advice…give Ivy room to be creative, she will not disappoint!! Would I recommend Ivy? Without hesitation, YES!!!! Thank you Ivy for everything you did for this special day, it truly wouldn’t have happen without you!!

I got married on 5/1/21 at Tatum Acres and I was blessed that I received Ivy as my coordinator. I also booked her floral services. She exceeded my expectations with both services. She is quick to respond and very attentive to what you are dreaming of. I honestly don’t think our day could have went as it did without her. Ivy was involved every step of the way for the almost 3 years it took to get the event planned (COVID). She and Haley are so detail oriented and are the perfect team, we couldn’t have imagined the day without them!!

We had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID related issues and Ivy seamlessly handled everything. When she said “Don’t worry. It will get worked out. I’ve got it handled”, I really trusted her! There are many PROS when it comes to hiring her, especially being a florist, too! Worth everything! We love Ivy.
