After years of entertaining hundreds of weddings I’ve learned what it means to have a “dream wedding”. It’s a day where you, your families and your closest friends come together to celebrate your union in marriage. We have years of experience and hundreds of weddings behind us, and we are eager to add on many more. We understand the value of always learning and growing. That’s exactly why we attend DJ conventions and seminars to improve our knowledge and skills. We stay up-to-date with equipment and technology and update our music library on a weekly basis.

I have worked with JD several times on different projects and he is always a pleasure to work with. He really knows his stuff when it comes to lighting, he can change the whole look and feel of a space. He is also a great DJ/MC as well. He reads off of the crowd and plays what they are looking for and he is great with making announcements as well. On top of that he is a really nice guy too! I highly recommend JD to my clients looking for lighting or DJ services.
We met JD at a wedding this past summer in Wisconsin Dells. Just like us, he arrived early to rehearsal to setup some of his gear and test it out for the following afternoon. Then he wrapped all of his gear up for the most wet wedding ceremony I have shot in almost 20 years. We were all soaked and the audio was spot on. The reception space was absolutely perfect. The slideshow worked the first time, unlike we've seen many times with others. His up lighting brought the mood to the rest of the evening. JD's MC skills would have to be the best I have seen in almost 20 years of shooting weddings. Lastly, the audio quality and light show on the dance floor keep the party going all night long.
I have never seen anyone get a group dancing the way that Ignite Lighting & Entertainment does. Also, he is incredibly polite, friendly, and approachable. Meaning that your guest have no problem getting all the tunes that they want to hear!
