Angela, the Event Coordinator and Clubhouse Manager, is wonderful. We had multiple meetings with her throughout our wedding planning process. She is very professional and knowledgeable about event planning. She was prompt in responding to emails and answering questions. She offered us a list recommendations for vendors that she has worked closely with in the past. There was even a tasting event held for us and other Brides & Grooms to meet with vendors and try some of the delicious food that the venue has to offer.
Our wedding day went very smoothly. Angela and all of the staff at Lake Wissota Golf & Events took very good care of us. We did have rain on our wedding day but were able to move the ceremony inside and it worked just fine. The food was great - the chicken cordon bleu was a big hit. We also had steak and vegetarian stuffed mushrooms as well as a nacho bar for late night snack. Everyone loved the food!
We had a wonderful experience planning our wedding at Lake Wissota Golf & Events and are so happy with our choice. Our day was perfect and despite the rain we have beautiful photographs on the golf course and by the lake, as well as around the venue itself.
