Whispering Springs Golf Club is a public golf course rich in history & sits on the picturesque ledge in Fond Du Lac. Fond du Lac is an ideal location as it is very central- an hour from Milwaukee, Appleton/Green Bay, and Madison. The clubhouse was redone in 2008 and combines the perfect balance between modern & rustic. We have made quite a name for ourselves through quality food, outstanding service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Whispering Springs is a truly picturesque facility for weddings of all types and is easy to transform into the venue of your wedding dreams. Facilities and Capacity
Whispering Springs Golf Course has a selection of indoor and outdoor spaces to host all your wedding events. They have a full-service golf facility in their downstairs and a year-round banquet hall in their upstairs. The foyer is an open space with a sitting area and large stone fireplace. The Ballroom is a large space with more than 3,000 square feet. The walls are lined with large windows letting in tons of natural light. The room is a blend of rustic and modern and features a wrap-around deck for fresh air and views of the gold course. The Ballroom accommodates 250 guests. The Bar is an elegant meeting space featuring a “T” shaped bar, seating, and golf course views.

Whispering Springs can host your engagement party, bridal shower, ceremony and reception. Their services include event rentals, in-house catering and bar, lighting, sound, event planning, set up and clean up. Amazing Experience
Amazing venue - perfect!
Wonderful wedding venue and staff
Sara, the wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with. We planned our wedding from across the state, and she was so responsive and helpful throughout the process. Our wedding was in summer 2020, so with the pandemic Sara was incredibly patient and thoughtful in helping us through the process, particularly in suggesting alternatives and assisting in making last minute changes to make our wedding as safe as possible.
Our wedding day was so smooth, Sara and her staff paid such close attention to the little things so we could concentrate on enjoying our day and our guests. During the planning process I wondered if we needed a day-of coordinator, we ended up not scheduling one and didn't need it because the staff as Whispering Springs are pros. We did have a few guests tell us their chicken at dinner was undercooked, but the vast majority of comments regarding the food were complimentary and we thought it was delicious.
Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, and I highly recommend Whispering Springs. Our experience was wonderful :)
