Having our wedding reception at Whispering Springs was by far an easy decision. I have been fortunate enough to work at Whispering for about 4 years and have always loved the experiences I had working weddings. Our special wedding day was no different. The food was excellent, the services was personable, and the venue is beautiful! We had nothing but compliments from our guests and our so grateful for Whispering making our day special and stress free!

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Whispering Springs Golf Club this August (2021) and it was everything we dreamed of! The building itself is gorgeous and lent itself beautifully to our wedding style. Working with Sara was an amazing experience. She was always available to answer questions during the planning process and helped our day to go so smoothly, even with the rain! We felt so blessed to have worked with someone who truly made our experience personal and helped us honor our family members who could not be there. Our guests raved about the food, every dish was delicious. We were so impressed with the wait staff and bartenders who were always smiling and very attentive! When we think back on our day we would not have changed one bit of it. We would highly recommend Whispering Springs to any couple that is looking to have a beautiful wedding experience!

Sara, the Event Coordinator, was amazing! We are not directly from the area, by my daughter and now son-in-law were looking for this type of venue. Located on a golf course, with a simple, yet elegant white reception area with lots of windows, the view does not disappoint! There are decks outside along the perimeter for guests overlooking the course. Sara made everything easy. Many of the things that other places add fees for, are included in this venue's rental...colored linen napkins, audio, cake cutting fees, easels to use, etc. My daughter has a gluten allergy, and Sara worked with us on little things to make sure she would not get sick. Her response to emails, calls, or questions were prompt. They have a large, separate bar area, just off of the reception area. Because their wedding was on a Friday, we were allowed to set up the night prior (again, huge since from out of town and we could do it before our rehearsal). There is currently construction, and Sara mapped out the safest and easiest route from the church to the venue. I mean EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was taken care of. The staff during our dinner and beyond was excellent, as was the food! The comments from guests are still making us smile: "This is the best wedding food we've ever had", coming from a guest who has been to their share of weddings. Another guest that works in the industry commented about the bartender's and the waitstaff's attention. There were ample people there for service and it showed. Sara was always in sight and would often ask if there was anything we needed. She handled every single vendor that day, working with the schedule. The day went way too fast, but working with Sara was absolutely a big part of allowing us to enjoy our day without worries!

From the moment we met with Sara I knew we made the right decision. The communication was elite, she always answered our questions and kept us informed of any updates or changes. We got married in July 2020 (yes, during covid), and despite everything going on in the world we were able to have a safe, fun, “normal”, amazing time! Throughout this year I have just stopped and thought back to that day and how incredibly blessed we were to enjoy our day just like we dreamed it would be. Whispering Springs is #1 in our book for many reasons.

Whispering Springs is just perfect, and the best venue in the area! Clean, beautiful, modern. Ready for any type of decor or style. Staff was great to work with. We received so many compliments, especially in the food. You cannot go wrong having your wedding here!

We chose Whispering Springs as our venue because the reception area is exactly what I envisioned-a bright room wrapped in windows, with a wrap around deck overlooking a gorgeous golf course. We also really liked the option of a separate room with a bar, so those that didn't want to dance had a place to hang out. We wanted an outdoor ceremony, and Whispering Springs has that option. I also appreciated the indoor alternative in case the weather didn't cooperate.

Sara, the wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with. We planned our wedding from across the state, and she was so responsive and helpful throughout the process. Our wedding was in summer 2020, so with the pandemic Sara was incredibly patient and thoughtful in helping us through the process, particularly in suggesting alternatives and assisting in making last minute changes to make our wedding as safe as possible.

Our wedding day was so smooth, Sara and her staff paid such close attention to the little things so we could concentrate on enjoying our day and our guests. During the planning process I wondered if we needed a day-of coordinator, we ended up not scheduling one and didn't need it because the staff as Whispering Springs are pros. We did have a few guests tell us their chicken at dinner was undercooked, but the vast majority of comments regarding the food were complimentary and we thought it was delicious.

Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, and I highly recommend Whispering Springs. Our experience was wonderful :)

Whispering Springs was the perfect venue for our reception! Sara was so great to work with, even with the extra chaos of being a COVID wedding! 🙂 She was so responsive and the staff were all amazing! Everything went so smooth and the food was delicious. The venue is absolutely beautiful, has such a romantic vibe, and truly made my Pinterest wedding dream come true! 💕

Whispering Springs is a beautiful venue for an absolutely perfect wedding day! The wedding cordinator,Sara,was fantastic to work with and always kept us updated. The waitresses,bartenders and cordinator were all very friendly,personable and attentive throughout the whole night. The chef was an A++ ! The food was absolutely delicious! We had a sit down meal and everyone was served in a timely fashion as well. Whispering Springs is the best venue in Fond DuLac county for an absolutely perfect wedding reception!

Sara was absolutely amazing to work with thru the whole process (covid and all). We had ceremony and reception there and everything was amazing. Outdoor ceremony location is beautiful and the banquet hall is also beautiful. Amazing food and staff all around!! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I worked with Sara at Whispering Springs! She made the whole experience exciting for us! We had our ceremony, dinner & reception there and it couldn't have been done more beautifully! Our wedding was fantastic! The staff, service, food, and clubhouse was all just AMAZING. It’s beautiful there. We don’t even Iike golf, it’s funny we got married at a golf course, but what you get, you can’t beat. There’s a beautiful bar, the drinks are 10/10, SARA, is the BEST. I didn’t understand what getting a wedding coordinator meant when I signed up-your going to want one. She’s a fairy wedding god-mother! If we had to do it all again, we would chose there! They are so easy to work with. I’ve done more work standing up in other people’s weddings on the day of than my own, Thanks to Sara and their staff! Which is pretty unheard of!

Where to start... from the first time we toured whispering springs we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. From the beautiful green golf course to the wrap around deck, to the reception area with all the beautiful big windows it was a dream! We worked with Mary and can’t thank her enough for putting everything together for us she was such a big help during the whole process! We could not imagine our wedding at any venue other than Whispering Springs. Sara is incredible and so easy to work with. We planned most of our wedding from several states away and relied heavily on email to touch base with Sara. She was incredibly organized, thorough, and genuinely helped to reduce any amount of stress we had leading up to and the day of our wedding. The food at Whispering Springs is phenomenal - we had so many compliments on the appetizers, dinner, and dessert selections. The space itself is so beautiful - it can truly work for any aesthetic. There is plenty of room for guests to mingle at the bar during a cocktail hour but the space is still small enough that it’s easy to make your way around to chat with everyone in attendance. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the facility is echoed and exemplified by all of the staff working to make your day the best day ever. We are so very pleased with our experience and would recommend Whispering Springs to anyone looking for a low-stress, high-class reception or wedding venue.

I would highly recommend Whispering Springs for your wedding venue. The crisp white of the venue is a beautiful backdrop for any wedding decor. And the event coordinator Sara, is very hands on, helpful and nothing is too small for her to handle. She and her staff worked tirelessly the entire day to ensure that my Son and daughter-in-law's wedding was everything they could have imagined and more. I've worked with a number of venues and never had this good of an experience. They go above and beyond to accommodate and make everything so easy. I couldn't be happier that this wonderful experience was for my son and his beautiful bride.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Whispering Springs! Sara was absolutely amazing! All through our planning she was there to answer questions or ease any concerns we had. She made time so that both my parents and my husbands parents could see the venue. On the day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! She allowed us to get ready right on site, and we had 4 flower girls running around as they were setting up! She was with us every step of the way making sure things went smoothly. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be and any odd little request we had she was on it! If you are getting married in Fond du Lac, Whispering Springs is THE place to do it! Our day was perfect and it is thanks to Sara and the Whispering Springs staff! Thank you!

Really great job. They were honest about what we would need for our guests, and felt comfortable telling us if we were going to spend too much on things they didn’t think would be needed (i.e., hours of music, appetizers, etc.)

When it comes to our wedding, Whispering Springs was the best decision we made!
Sara is absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly and I had total confidence that it would.
Totally worth the price. I had no worries about the venue, I had total faith in Sara and her team.
I received many compliments as far as the venue and food went. We chose Sirloin and Pecan Crusted Chicken for dinner, however, all the entrees we tried during tasting were great.
I feel like I don't have much to tell others but I consider that a good thing.
Lastly, you won't be disappointed with Whispering Springs, trust me.

Whispering Springs never disappoints. I always had my eye on this venue after several weddings. For how gorgeous the venue is, the accommodations they provide, but most importantly, the amount of five-star ratings they've received, talk about being reasonable! Our wedding guests couldn't get over the food. We went with a simple pasta buffet, including the white sauce spinach lasagna as our vegetarian option and the whole thing was a crowd favorite. Don't get me started on the hors d'oeuvres, incredible! I'm sad we didn't try any sliders, but last minute we swapped out some appetizers for sliders and the chicken salad was the hot topic. The staff left me in awe. The most attentive staff, but not overbearing. I truly appreciated the staff asking how everything was, even outside of the food. They genuinely cared that you were enjoying yourself.

As a bride who did 95% of the decorations and had pictures of how sections were to be set up, the majority of it was left in their hands with the time available to setup. BRIDES, you're in GREAT hands! Working with Mary Wolfe was working with the most professional, accommodating event manager, ever! The staff has an impeccable vision. My husband and I were able to ENJOY EVERY MINUTE of our wedding. I never left the dance floor because everything and everyone was taken care of in the best way possible.

Mary Wolfe was a great! She helped us along with all our planning, she even helped me surprise my bride with a video I made for her. Food was excellent, recommend the Ribs! The staff the day of the wedding was great too, everything went smoothly. I would recommend Whispering Springs to everybody for a wedding venue!

You should definitely book this venue! We loved our time at Whispering Springs! Sara T. was amazing, helping me so much through the whole process! We were able to take advantage of the beautiful setting even though we couldn't do our ceremony outside, and the indoor venue was beautiful too! My husband and I recently held our wedding reception at Whispering Springs and it was absolutely perfect! Sara took care of everything, and I never worried the day-of! She was very responsive throughout the planning process and would do anything to make our dreams come true. The building itself managed my large guest count well and made it feel intimate. You can transform this beautiful space into anything of your dreams due to the simple decor of white walls and hardwood floors; this venue is a must-see!

I can't begin to say enough great things about Sara and her staff at Whispering Springs Golf Club. I was planning a wedding from out of state with very few on-site visits possible. Sara was always available by phone or email to answer any questions and helped coordinate all services including linen rentals and food/bev. No question seemed too big or small; I always felt I was given every bit of her attention. I never felt an ounce of stress because I knew Sara had helped me think of every possible detail I needed and worked directly with all of my vendors to ensure a perfect event.

On the big day, Sara, her chefs, her wait staff, and even a golf staff member made sure everything ran smoothly. All staff members were very accommodating and sincere; courteous and friendly. I had many of my guests, and even outside vendors, specifically comment on how great the staff was. The food was delicious and their menu options are numerous, elegant, but also affordable. Between appetizers, our main meal (with multiple options for our guests), and evening dance "snacks,"the chef did an outstanding job.

The venue itself was also breathtaking. We had searched for a space with a mix of rustic charm and modern touches, and Whispering Springs fit the bill perfectly. The clubhouse feels open and bright with three walls of windows offering beautiful views of the golf greens, but also transforms into an intimate and romantic space during the evening hours. My husband and I chose to have both our wedding ceremony and reception at the clubhouse due to its versatility and visual appeal.

I can't say enough positive things... A 5 Star Rating isn't enough for this establishment. Between the staff, Sara as the event coordinator, and the eye-catching details of the clubhouse's indoor and outdoor space, we couldn't have picked a more PERFECT wedding venue than Whispering Springs Golf Club.

Sara was amazing to work with! She catered to me and the idea I had for a perfect wedding from day one. Every idea she had, she helped me make it a reality and was so supportive throughout the process. I had both my ceremony and the reception at Whispering Springs and couldn't have been happier with how our day went. The food was excellent, not a single guest had one bad thing to say about the service or food. I don't know of one thing that went wrong throughout the day, if it did, Sara must have handled it without worrying me about it., which made my whole experience even better! We had such an amazing time, I wish we could do it again, and I wouldn't change one thing!!!

Whispering Springs was the perfect location for our wedding! The venue itself was beautiful, with all white wood interior and hardwood looking flooring it was a nice and refreshing look compared to the dark carpeted banquet rooms of a hotel. It had a really nice view looking over the golf course with a great balcony for our guest to step out on for some fresh air. The bar area was very nice sized, plenty big for our 200ish guests. A full walk around bar and high top tables lining the bar room area gave our guests plenty of room to mingle but still not have to wait in line for a drink.

Sara was great to work with!! Any time we had questions she always responded very timely and was able to help with any and all requests that we had. She was extremely flexible with everything from our initial meeting to look at the venue, to food tasting, to decorating and clean up. She worked with us to get things scheduled when they would work for us.

The food that we selected for our reception was top of the line. We had a cocktail style reception with hors d' oeuvres, both tray passed and at table stations. We received comments all night ling from our guests about how good the food was. The toughest decision we had was with the food because it was all so good we couldn't decide what we wanted!

Our overall experience with Sara and Whispering Springs was better than we could have expected. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out and we have Sara to thank for that. We would not hesitate to recommend Whispering Springs Golf Course to anybody looking for a wedding location in Fond du Lac, WI.

I would recommend Whispering Springs to any and everyone! Their service before, during and after our wedding was beyond amazing. I can be a perfectionist (what bride isn't?) and they walked me through every detail I asked for and delivered the day of! Our guests raved about the food and the staff!! Oh, and the venue is breath taking!! I am beyond grateful we decided to get married at Whispering Springs!!!!

Loved Whispering Springs for our wedding! It is updated so nicely and we never had a problem with anything! Wedding coordinator worked with us on everything. Several of our friends had weddings there after ours and theirs were just as beautiful!

The space is classic and beautiful -- it allows you to go with any type of theme or color scheme. Unlike any other venue in the area!

The food is absolutely delicious -- our guests were still talking about it days after our wedding.

The best thing about Whispering Springs? The service!! They were willing to work with us on everything and helped bring our vision to life. Not once did they say no to a question or a request.

Everything about my wedding day was perfect. The staff at Whispering Springs went above and beyond to make my day perfect! The food was amazing and everyone was just so friendly.

I really don't write reviews much but since it is for my wedding, I want other bride's to know about this gem of a place.

Fond du Lac doesn't have much to offer but we sure are lucky to have this place here in town. It's located on a beautiful golf course with fantastic views in every direction. There are beautiful windows throughout the entire ballroom and a bar that is stunning. The facility is warm and inviting. It's perfect for adding your wedding touches because it's a blank canvas but tastefully done.

I worked closely with Sara whom is absolutely wonderful. Any idea or thought you may have, she is the gal to execute it and make sure it's done in a perfect manner. One thing about this venue that sets it apart from others is the fact that they are so accommodating and willing to do whatever it takes to make your special day and night perfect.

The staff is wonderful! Very professional and hard-working. You can see all the hard work when you walk into the place and see how well kept and clean everything is. I had so many compliments and am still receiving compliments on the staff and also the space in general.

All in all, just great. I have not one negative or even a minor issue to bring up! It was amazing and I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place for a wedding.

Absolutely picture-perfect reception venue! Unlike your standard reception hall, WS was airy, open, sunny and bright with a balcony winding around for people to go outside if they wished.

Food was superb! From hors d'oeuvres to entrees, guests were raving about it. Servers were courteous and pleasant.

The consultant and staff at WS were so helpful, especially since we were working with them from out of town. The banquet hall decor was gorgeous - everything my daughter had hoped for!

We had a beautiful winter wedding. The staff was friendly, and professional. They were flexible with all our requests and the food served was delicious. Thank you Whispering Springs.

We had some glitches that weren't obvious to the guests, but cost us money in the end. Not a lot, but still. When you have to throw away food items after because of negligence to restock/refill after requests from my parents to do so, leaves me disturbed.
However, beautiful place, great workers and elegant feel.
