I used Ideal Weddings & Events for day of coordinating services for my wedding on 8/22/2015. Ashleigh was my main point of contact during the whole planning process. She was very attentive and informative and anytime I had a question she was readily available to help. She has connections with many vendors and willing to give recommendations if you need it. She and Michele were very professional and such a pleasure to work with!! Their prices are very reasonable for the different services they provide. They made my wedding run so smoothly and removed any stress that I thought I would encounter! They went above and beyond and made sure that every detail was in place! They made my day nothing less than perfect and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an event planner!

Ashleigh Lofton who owns Ideal Weddings & Event Design, is who I worked directly with for day of coordination for my wedding. Not only was she always responsive she was always looking for ways to make my day less stressful no matter what--even when I didn't ask.

I was afraid my dress was wrinkled from the travel to the ceremony and she bought a steamer for me. She is an angel.

She also met with me before the wedding and was always flexible with times and locations.

My bridal portrait photographer cancelled on me less than 24 hours and Ashleigh went out of her way to find me a photographer replacement. I was so surprised by her kindness and so extremely appreciative. She was on the phone with the photographer battling for my refund.


She was worth everything we paid to have her aid in our special day.

I would recommend her for anyone.

I didn't think I needed a wedding planner when I started the planning process for my wedding. I soon found out that it was a lot harder than I thought. I researched dozens of wedding planners and actually met Ashleigh but chance. I was in Michael's trying to figure out my color scheme and part of my decor. I was to the point where I was about to lose it. That's when Ashleigh approched me and asked what I needed help with.

Throughout the conversation I found out that she was a wedding planner. We scheduled another meeting about two weeks later and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Ashleigh was amazing!!! From start to finish she made my planning process so much easier. She was always available to meet or talk when needed. Even at the last second when I needed something she was always there.

She was very professional when working with my vendors. She answered phone calls and emails from them even when I wouldn't.
