I booked my daughter's wedding here and Between Detrie and William, this was the best and easiest wedding ever. They were extremely attentive to the entire process and wedding day. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of a place to be married. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and were very accepting of last minute request for a special food request and drinks for the wedding party. They venue was set up as they said it would be so that I could get in to add the special touches for my daughter's wedding and reception. It was great to know what I was going to pay and that was exactly the amount I paid. There wasn't add on's for set up, breakdown, clean up etc. I would use them again in the future for any special event (not just a wedding).

We booked the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding rehearsal dinner! Everyone was very accommodating, especially since we booked it last minute. Valerie, Detrie and Cayla took great care of us and our attendees. The buffet (Italian) was delicious and the setting was very nice and elegant!

After 35 years of hard work and dedication, what better way to celebrate with a retirement party at the Hilton Garden Inn? 120 people celebrated my husband's retirement in style at the Hilton Garden Inn. The food was great, the venue was great and the price was great! Will definitely use them again. The staff and support was excellent.

I live on the East Coast of Florida and my husband and I decided to get married just outside of Tampa. The first time we drove over we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, the staff was so friendly and the room was perfect! The hotel has a very cozy feel! After booking our Venue we decided to use Hilton Garden Inn to accommodate all of our guest for the wedding week. I could not be happier that we made that choice! Leading up to the wedding we had many more stays at the hotel, each one more pleasant then the last. Cayla Connely, the Director of Sales was so amazing & super helpful every step of the way, helping with everything from transportation to gift bags for my guest! I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel and their staff. Thanks for helping my wedding weekend run so smoothly!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! We got married at CCR which is about 15 minutes away and the hotel provided a shuttle for our bridal party to go to and from the event. Half of our wedding guests came back to the hotel after the wedding to hang out. We were worried that there wouldn't be anywhere for everyone to hang out but they kept the bar open until 1am for us and it wasn't an issue to stay in the front lobby. They also have lovely areas outside that we could have gone to but it was a little chilly.

The hotel rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy.

The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is because the morning after our wedding we came down to get breakfast at 9:50am but we got stopped to chat by family that was staying there. When we finished talking to them we went to the buffet area an older, tall, thin man that worked there said, "sorry, the buffet is closed!" He saw that we had been standing there the whole time, the buffet coupons in our hands, and he must have seen my face fall but he didn't seem to care. We went back up to our room starving and and the hotel doesn't have room service so we had to go get breakfast somewhere else. Bummer! Besides that everything was great and I would stay here again.

Everyone was so sweet and nice throughout the entire process. They exceeded our expectations, and truly made our wedding memorable. They went above and beyond to please us and our guests. I would definitely set up another even with the Hilton Garden Inn!

We reserved the courtyard for the wedding. After the ceremony it started to rain and without missing a beat the hotel moved the wedding party indoors and the wedding celebration continued.

We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner for 50 people.the setting was gorgeous. Veronica our contact person was readily available for all my questions and concerns.we were to have the dinner outside but she realized it would be too hot so she changed the location to the ball room. She also let us use the terrace which has beautiful trees that are lite up at night.it was a great place for the guys to enjoy their cigars and drinks. The catered food was delicious.we hit many compliments from our guest on how tasty the food was. The only complaint was the bartender had a tip jar out when we had already paid for the gratuity. He did put it away after we said something.
