Stevi Auble, the company’s owner and a self-taught pastry artist, was trained as an interior designer before switching to the art of handcrafted cake making. A Cake That'll Make You Say "Well, Hey There!"
Stevi is your cake artist and baking goddess! Her beautiful cake made all our guests (including my husband and I) take a double-look and say “well, Hey There lovely”! She has amazing talent, great artistic ability, and the cake tastes divine. Stevi and her Team took the time to understand our vision and nailed the vibe we were going for perfectly. We knew we had to book Hey There, Cupcake quite early during our planning process as we knew she’d make a cake that is truly unique, gorgeous, and a treat for the tastebuds. What really stood out about Hey There, Cupcake:
+ Very easy process to book a consultation and cake tasting.
+ Do the cake tasting; it’s 100% worth it. The hardest part was picking out our top flavors!
+ Stevi’s the only baker we found who had great ingredient textures in the cake (fruit pieces in cake, decadent expresso bean texture, etc)
+ Stevi really excels and stands out with her beautiful handmade waferpaper art
+ Very patient and open to listening to your ideas and preferences. Stevi magically manages to mix all your favorite cake ideas into one perfect cake!
+ Stevi’s hand drawn, painted, and gold leaf cake design sketch is amazing! My husband and I framed Stevi’s sketch right after our honeymoon.
+ Responsive to emails and questions during the initial planning process. When it reaches 2-3 months from the wedding, she was really great keeping in contact to nail down all the final decisions.
+ Stevi has a very unique personality, passion, and charm that definitely comes out in her amazingly unique and beautiful cakes!

Stevi made all of my crazy dessert dreams come true!!!
Stevi is a pro. She created the absolutely most STUNNING, stand-out dessert table for our wedding day. People still haven't stopped talking about not only how over the top adorable the cake and desserts were, but also how delicious they were! She also made us an anniversary cake, which was the sweetest gesture and something for us to look forward to celebrating with in a year. Hands down the BEST!

Everyone raved about our cupcakes! We did 3 flavors and they were a hit. So good! The tasting was wonderful and they accommodated our special flavor requests
