If you want a cake that looks beautiful and tastes great, look no further! My husband is very passionate about cooking and baking, so he didn’t want just an “ordinary” wedding cake. He truly wanted it to taste amazing! So when we found Connor and his list of craft flavors, our interest was immediately piqued. We met up with Connor at a coffee shop to sample his cakes, and as soon as we did there was no question we wanted to work with him! Every flavor we tried was delicious, but we ended up going with coconut mango passion fruit, Amaretto blackberry, and Earl gray cardamom. Connor actually updated some of his flavors prior to our wedding and very kindly sent us a sample box of the flavors that had changed alongside the original flavor, so we could compare and contrast. We ended up switching the earl grey cardamom to his newly developed may grey! It’s so cool how he’s constantly continuing to evolve and hone his flavors.

Connor is incredibly kind and easy to work with, as well as very responsive. We went back and forth on the exact details of our cake design several times, and he provided us with numerous sketches for our approval. Connor is also very aware of and openly discusses the potential issues with cakes ie melting/ transport issues so that you can make an informed decision. He offered to make our cake with a white chocolate ganache coating as opposed to vanilla buttercream as that would be more stable and less likely to melt, and also provided a sample of this with his new cake flavors. We chose to go with the buttercream, but really appreciated him discussing this with us and presenting us with the option. We had zero issues with the integrity of the cake, it looked amazing when it arrived and continued to look amazing the entire night.

I'm really not a cake person, and I am OBSESSED with Connor's cakes! After tasting multiple flavors, it was so hard to pick a favorite and I have been craving them ever since. Not only are his cakes amazingly tasty, but he's also such a talented and creative cake designer. His cakes perfectly compliment the design of the entire wedding day and really bring an elevated touch. You would be more than happy to have him a part of your wedding day!

Connor’s cakes are FLAWLESS. Not only does he have a wide variety of uniquely delicious flavors, but his design and artistry are next level! And to top it all off, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is hands down the best of the best here is San Diego.

Connor is amazing to work with and made us the most beautiful wedding cake we could have dreamed up. He uses buttercream for his artwork so all parts of the cake taste great (no dry, hard fondant). The wedding cake was moist even after we froze some leftovers and enjoyed 2 weeks later. We truly recommend Connor and his amazing baking and design skills.
