Heronswood Garden is a wonderful botanical garden and wedding venue located in Kingston, Washington that boasts picturesque beauty. Residing among the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and a rare inventory of unusual trees, shrubs and vines, this venue is perfect for a unique outdoor wedding celebration.
Facilities and Capacity
This world-renowned garden can hold ceremonies in multiple spots on the property. Couples can exchange their vows in the beautiful Potager Garden or one of the many lawns, which can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 150 guests. They also have a large 20 x 50 & 40 X 60 foot custom wedding tent that is perfect for covered outdoor receptions. The Garden House comes with a bridal suite and groom’s quarters so that the bridal party can properly prepare.
The mission of the Heronswood Garden is to restore, maintain and develop a horticultural facility, making it a truly special place for events of all kinds. With over 8,000 plants in a variety of shapes, sizes, fragrances and colors, this property is ideal for a lovely springtime wedding when all of the flowers are blooming. The process of creating the garden started in 1987 when the co-founders took possession of the property and transformed it over the next two decades. It was sold to a national plant and seed distribution firm in 2000, but was soon neglected for several years after 2006. In 2012 it was purchased once again by the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe where it went through a rebirth with an exciting new inventory of plants and a regrown landscape. This original thriving garden is now a beautiful setting for one-of-a-kind events.

Our Team will set linens and tables settings. Centerpieces are responsibility of client, however our team can assist on putting them out on tables.
