Heather Heigel Photography is a wedding visuals company based out of Muskegon, Michigan. Owner Heather began covering engagements and weddings in 2012 and since then she has turned a lifelong hobby into a burgeoning career. She utilizes natural photography techniques to produce images that are candid and timeless. This dedicated individual collaborates with couples in Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Jackson, Ann Arbor, and Ludington.

Services Offered

Paramount to the Heather Heigel Photography ethos is portraying the authentic emotion of any given moment. Heather is on hand to document engagement sessions and trash-the-dress photoshoots. She offers portraiture as well as spontaneous images to ensure a rich visual tapestry of your special day. This professional can provide an additional photographer and only works one event per day, allowing optimum coverage. Afterward, newlyweds can look forward to digital files to relive the magic all over again.

Fantastic Experience & Work

We highly recommend Heather and her services. Not only was she fantastic to work with, flexible with scheduling and creative with her direction, the photos themselves were exceptional and surpassed all expectations. Cannot say enough good things - We feel incredibly lucky to have found her to capture our special day. Everyone who sees our wedding album, asks us who took the photos.... We also had fully edited, beautiful photos within a week, which is unheard of. Thank you, Heather!!

Wonderful photographer - highly recommend!

We can't praise Heather and her work enough. She was such a pleasure to work with - from my daughter and her fiancé's engagement photos to the actual wedding day. Heather was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of our questions. I've been at weddings where the photographer felt intrusive and kind of a pain - but not Heather. It was like having a really good friend hanging out for the day. And her pictures...exquisite! We've only seen the first looks but WOW!! Thank you, Heather for everything and for capturing this perfect day so beautifully.

Best Photographer EVER

Heather is so kind and funny; she will keep you laughing the entire time. She made us feel so comfortable and the pictures turned out a million times better than I ever imagined possible!! She was so flexible with everything and stayed until every picture was done. I can't thank her enough!

Amazing Photographer

Heather was kind enough to participate in a brand photoshoot for my new floral business. She captured the flower arrangements, garlands, and bouquets beautifully! Amazing Experience!

Heather was absolutely amazing!! I was just having a small elopement style wedding and just had her for two hours, and she still made me feel like a queen. She’s incredibly responsive, genuine, friendly, and just overall SUCH a nice person. I’m a plus size bride and she made me feel comfortable and beautiful, and the pictures were just wonderful!!! I would recommend Heather for literally any event you need a photographer for, she’s so amazing!!
