We visited Wester's in January of 2024 in search of a venue for our 11/26/25 wedding. It was only the second location that we had visited, and we fell in LOVE.

This venue had it all -- lots of indoor space, tons of outdoor space and beautiful views, dedicated getting ready spaces, spacious bathrooms, a catering kitchen, and a large, beautiful bar space off of the main indoor area. It also connected us with our Month-of-Coordinators at Shoreline Event Design!

In addition to the coordination team, Wendy was incredible throughout the course of wedding planning. She sent us lists of recommended vendors (all of which ended up being fruitful!), she answered questions, clarified points in the contract, and sold us incredible wine from the vineyard to serve on the day. Additionally, Wendy and Lloyd came to the venue at 11pm to help the Shoreline team tear EVERYTHING down for us -- all of our decor was left neatly organized and consolidated on two guest tables for us to pick up the next morning, and this allowed us to split our tear-down forces to help us prepare for our Thanksgiving potluck on that day.

When we say that this space hardly needed decorations, we truly mean it. We opted not to take the included table linens for the guest tables, and the wooden farmhouse tables added to the desired ambiance that we worked hard to curate.

I cannot recommend this venue highly enough to anyone looking for a romantic, supportive, and flexible venue for their wedding.

We recently had our daughter’s wedding at Westers Family Vineyard, and it was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, Wendy and Lloyd went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel like we were celebrating with family, not just renting a venue.

The vineyard was the perfect backdrop for the intimate wedding our daughter dreamed of—beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. Every moment felt special, from the heartfelt ceremony to the joy-filled reception, all the way to dancing in the rain at the end of the night. It couldn’t have been more magical.

We truly could not have picked a better place to celebrate our daughter. Westers Family Vineyard will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we are so grateful to Wendy and Lloyd for helping us create memories we’ll cherish forever.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Black Barn (now called Westers Family Winery)! The venue itself is an absolute dream to walk into. Every inch of the property is gorgeous and so well maintained. We received so many comments, texts and calls from guests during and after the event just raving about how amazing the venue itself was. The setup allows for indoor/outdoor mingling throughout the night but no matter where you’re at you still have a perfect view of the dance floor and all of the action taking place. It was the perfect size for our 125 person wedding. On top of just the venue itself, the owners are incredible to work with! They are so organized, helpful and genuinely so kind and care so much about you having the perfect day. You also get a month of/day of coordinator included and they truly made the day SO seamless. We highly recommend Westers Family Winery for your big day!

This venue is absolutely stunning, and everyone involved was beyond helpful! The coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly (even though I'm sure wrangling our group of bridesmaids/groomsmen was like catching a group of chickens running around). They made the day run smoothly, and made me feel much more comfortable and able to relax and enjoy my day knowing everything was handled. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and stayed plenty warm even though is was single digits outside! Would highly recommend this venue over and over!

The most perfect venue to ever exist!! Firstly, the barn itself is absolutely beautiful. We booked this venue early 2020 and had our wedding November 2021 and the amount of work that Wendy has done to this place is insane. Secondly, the fall foliage is absolutely breathtaking. We had SO many people compliment our venue. My now husband and I have been to 11 weddings together and no venue even comes close to Black Barn. Lastly, Wendy was so responsive and accommodating to all of our needs, including having a roasted pig for our traditional Filipino national food. I already want to renew our vows just to have our wedding Black Barn again! Absolutely amazing.

We had our wedding at the Black Barn on 08/22/2021. If you're looking for a venue that is stress free and has just about everything you'd ever need for a wedding, then look no further! Wendy was amazing to work with, and was extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule our 2020 wedding to 2021 due to Covid. You can tell that the venue and grounds are well taken care of and that Wendy and her husband take a lot of pride in it - the Black Barn is an absolute stunner of a venue. Our guests were amazed at the beauty of the property and the amenities offered. We were married under the gorgeous willow tree right by the water - such a beautiful ceremony location! We honestly had very little decoration to add -- just table centerpieces for the beautiful farm tables they have ready. There were quite a few guests who enjoyed walking around the pond on the backend of the venue. Just about everyone we talked to at the wedding started off telling us how lovely the venue is and how we found out about it. Guests also loved that there were so many different places where they could roam and talk with other guests -- the main reception room, the outdoor deck (lovely at night with the string lights!), the tented gravel patio area, and the fire pit corner, which was a big hit for many of our guests! The Black Barn is absolutely splendid, and we hope we're able to attend a wedding as guests here so we can see it again!

I cannot say this enough... I am SO glad we went with Black Barn! When we were searching for our perfect venue, they had the date we originally wanted. Two days before we were going to do our tour, they booked the date. We almost didn't go because of that, but I am so glad that we did. We immediately fell in love with the aesthetic of it, and Wendy is so amazing to work with! Very prompt with email communication, and let us come out a few times to walk around and make sure we could make our vision happen.

There are not enough words to truly describe how wonderful this venue is! It is absolutely breathtaking and I had many people tell me it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been too. The owner Wendy was so easy to work with and made the wedding planning process a breeze. Everyone at Black Barn went above and beyond to make sure that our day turned out as perfect as it could be. Even during COVID they did everything possible to make it happen for us and were so flexible. I can not recommend Black Barn enough!!!

This place took our breath away the moment we pulled into the parking lot while on the search for our perfect wedding venue. The whole place was stunning from the main venue room to the bathrooms/dressing rooms. The scenery surrounding the black barn was absolutely beautiful as well. The owner Wendy was very accommodating and always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and if there was anything we needed. All of our guest were blown away with the venue and are still talking about how wonderful it was. We had 175 guest who were very comfortable for the both the ceremony and reception with seating. Between the amazing customer service and warm welcomes from Wendy and the pure beauty of the venue, I highly recommend the Black Barn Vineyard and Winery!

The black barn wedding venue was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it was outside of our price range.
