The best coordinator!

Sarah and her team at Heartfelt Weddings and Events made our wedding absolutely perfect. She was so easy to work with, flexible, and thought of things that I didn’t even know we would need. She was always available when I had questions and was quick to give suggestions when I didn’t even know where to start. I wasn’t stressed at all on our wedding day because I knew she was at the venue ensuring everything was setup correctly and managing all the vendors. I can’t recommend Heartfelt Wedding and Events enough, they are the best!

Balboa Yacht Club - our wedding

Sarah was the best. She knew exactly how to keep the timeline on track, but also made us and our guests feel comfortable. Our wedding was amazing due to a lot of people. However, Sarah really made it come together so that we didn’t have to worry about anything except our marriage. Thank you so much, and it comes without any hesitation that I 100% recommend anyone to work with her.

Best Coordinator out there!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! I loved having her there the day of my wedding. She is so prepared and sweet. She responds to emails and text messages so quickly! She is so good at keeping everyone calm and relaxed. She made sure everything was where it needed to be. She is so good at communicating with all the vendors and making sure they have everything that they need, know where they are going, and what time they need to be there. The timeline she gave me was so detailed and was so easy to follow! I would recommend Sarah to anyone! She was the best!

The best!

Sarah is an absolute dream to work with as a wedding planner!! My husband and I just had our dream wedding this past weekend, and it was all thanks to the dedication and kind heart of Sarah. We had to postpone our original date due to covid, and we were so lucky to have Sarah as our planner through all the mayhem of rescheduling a wedding. Sarah was always willing to go above and beyond for me and was truly so much more than I could have ever imagined- from answering all my silly questions, to helping me schedule and confirm all of my vendors she was always on top of everything that needed to be done. The day of the event she handled every single detail and allowed me to just relax and enjoy the day. I would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone debating hiring a planner- Sarah is the one you need!!
