Sarah was the best. She knew exactly how to keep the timeline on track, but also made us and our guests feel comfortable. Our wedding was amazing due to a lot of people. However, Sarah really made it come together so that we didn’t have to worry about anything except our marriage. Sarah is an absolute dream to work with as a wedding planner!! My husband and I just had our dream wedding this past weekend, and it was all thanks to the dedication and kind heart of Sarah. We had to postpone our original date due to covid, and we were so lucky to have Sarah as our planner through all the mayhem of rescheduling a wedding. Sarah was always willing to go above and beyond for me and was truly so much more than I could have ever imagined- from answering all my silly questions, to helping me schedule and confirm all of my vendors she was always on top of everything that needed to be done. The day of the event she handled every single detail and allowed me to just relax and enjoy the day. I would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone debating hiring a planner- Sarah is the one you need!! -

I would recommend Heartfelt Weddings to anyone. Sarah Harris is incredible at what she does. She is professional, kind, and invested in her clients. We had to postpone our first wedding date and Sarah was right there helping us navigate the situation. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and helped us every step of the way. She was patient with my many questions and concerns. She took over all wedding communications two weeks before the wedding allowing my now husband and I to enjoy the experience. As for the day of, she was a true leader and the wedding was perfect. It truly was a dream. My husband and I were able to take in every amazing moment with absolutely no stress because we knew she had everything taken care of. Sarah cares. She is genuine, honest and made me feel seen and heard. I am so thankful that her services were recommended to me. I would recommend her a thousand times over! -

SO LONG OVERDUE! Let me first start out by saying that I was the worst bride. I wasn’t a bride that had everything all lined up and organized. I had ideas of what I wanted but felt like I was so overwhelmed at work, I allowed my wedding details to slip through my fingers. Sarah swooped in and helped me organize all my thoughts and ideas and even covered areas that I didn’t even think about! Sarah is truly a master at weddings. She’s been doing this for an long time and she’s extremely professional and a sweet sweet woman! I loved getting to know her and let me tell you, I would trust that woman with my life! When she says, “I got this,” she means it! you often worry about hiring a wedding planner that may forget details or be rude, but Sarah was an angel and executed all my “must haves.” She helped with loading all the gifts and wedding items to the car and around my venue when needed. She worked so well with my florist, baker, DJ, photographer and venue! I would HIGHLY recommend heartfelt weddings over and over again! (It should also say a lot that my mother was OBSESSED with her attention to detail after my wedding!)

Amazing Experience!
Sarah Harris and her staff were incredible to work with! Not only were they very professional but also extremely personal. Sarah quickly picked up on our desire for a simple yet memorable wedding . In the meetings leading up to the wedding she helped us make decisions that were in line with what we wanted. She didn't push any agenda on us rather helped us execute our vision. The days leading up to the wedding, Sarah brought me so much comfort and confidence. Every question I asked her she had already thought about and been in communication with the appropriate vendor. My husband, family and friends had a very positive experience with Sarah and Heartfelt I have already recommended to her to a few friends and will continue to do so because our experience was far greater than I ever dreamed of. -

Brittney Sent on 03/04/2018I don’t know where to begin! Sarah Harris is THE best in the business. She is so professional, attentive, smart, and all around nice! Sarah is amazing to be around, and she has this calming nature about her. There were numerous things I stressed out about for our wedding, but Sarah constantly gave me confidence that she had it covered. Her assistant, Katelyn, is also just as amazing! I truly feel so lucky to have had both of these awesome women do so much for my husband and me on our wedding day. I can’t believe just how much they both did for us! Even when I was walking down the aisle, and my cathedral length veil was getting stuck on the cobblestones, Sarah and Katelyn were there very discreetly to help me out! So amazing! Sarah is the definition of an outstanding wedding coordinator, and I would not have wanted anyone else there to be in charge of running the show. From the very beginning, Sarah was excited and happy to take on our wedding. She constantly made me feel welcomed and no question was too small to ask her. Sarah Harris is truly a gem, and she will make everything about your wedding 100% better. Thank you for everything Sarah, you are wonderful and you went WAY above to create a day for me that I couldn’t even imagine. Sarah will make your wedding the best to have ever happened, and you’ll be so glad you chose her as your coordinator!!

Gia Sent on 01/18/2018Sarah Harris is the utmost professional, friendly, easy vendor to work with - I couldn't have asked for anything more! I did a ton of DIY stuff (flower arrangements, table decor, pictures, games, etc) and Sarah had it down pat. I had a general idea of what I wanted everything to look like and Sarah nailed it! I couldn't have been more thrilled to walk down the aisle I envisioned or looking at my family sitting at a table with beautiful centerpieces just as I imagined! Not only did Sarah and her team setup everything perfectly, but Sarah was by our side all night. She grabbed us drinks, told us the timeline, coordinated with all vendors to make sure they all knew what was coming next. They packed our car with everything by the end of the night so we could just grab it the next day and not worry about clean up. It is obvious that Sarah knows what she is doing and she is a true professional. My mother is not easily impressed by anyone, but even she thought that Sarah and her team did an amazing job from timeline to making the most important day of my life so unbelievably magical. If you are debating whether or not you need a day of coordinator, you do and you will not regret it. Let family and friends relax and enjoy the day with you. Definitely worth it to have a day of coordinator like her - I didn't lift a finger on our special day. I can't recommend her enough! -

Sarah was so quickly to respond to e-mails, easy to communicate with, very flexible and gave great tips and other helpful information through out the planning process. I had many concerns about the flow of my wedding, she was able to work out every detail, the whole day went flawlessly. She was also there for anything I needed and things i didn't know I needed, She knows all the tricks and tips. She is a MUST HAVE at every wedding! Thank you so much Sarah we honestly couldn't have done it without you.
