Kayli's + the team at Bloom Bar's work is beautiful. They wonderfully executed our bright, colorful design for our spring wedding. The flowers were such a fun burst of color against the natural and white beauty of The Allan House in Austin. We didn't have the largest floral budget, so I was overjoyed by the designs and versatility of arrangements that Bloom Bar provided. They truly made our budget stretch and managed to incorporate colors and arrangement designs there were a true bright spot in our wedding day. Numerous guests shared comments about how gorgeous the flowers were, and my mother in law remarks on the floral design every time we reminisce about the wedding (lol I love it!). I especially loved the use of paint on some of "greenery" pieces to really execute on our pink/yellow/orange/blue color scheme. Plus, throughout the planning and design process the communication was excellent. Bloom Bar is wonderful at what they do and was an excellent part of our wedding day team!

We were lucky to work with The Bloom Bar for our January wedding. They have an excellent design vision and were very communicative (and handled my hundreds of questions like a pro!). They were honest about where it was worth spending money when it came to florals, and I really appreciated that they worked closely with me to execute the vision I had in my head. They absolutely nailed it and all of the florals/candles looked so romantic (which was the goal!). So grateful for them!

Kayli is 100% my go to florist for all the events that I do, so naturally as soon as we got engaged she was my first call!

Kayli always does amazing work with whatever the style and needs of the event are with her classic, timeless signature style where you can always tell it was a Bloom Bar event – so I knew she would absolutely kill whatever I could dream up for the wedding.

We had started working on a proposal, got the date locked in, and then covid hit – and Kayli was absolutely wonderful working with me to pivot our plans from a big wedding, to a micro-wedding and tented reception in our backyard, choosing a new date for our big celebration, and then ultimately bringing my vision to life for that anniversary one year later. She made that process as easy as it could have possibly been, addressed all of my questions and stress driven concerns every step of the way and I always left every call or email feeling so much calmer, and feeling good about our plans and what we had decided.

For micro-wedding #1, we ended up putting up a tent and having a lunch reception in our backyard for our group of 13. And as happy as I was about finally having a plan B and still getting to actually get married, I was really struggling with letting go of the grand vision for the ballroom reception I had in my head and decided that if we were doing a backyard reception, we were going all out. I shared that with Kayli and she worked with me to take all the elements and ideas that I loved for the original plan, and translate that into a beautiful plan B including a ceiling treatment for the tent dripping with greenery and white floral. It was absolutely gorgeous and till can’t believe those photos were taken in my backyard!

When it came time for the big celebration we had already planned it once pre-covid so we were basically set to go – then all the guest count changes came in. Kayli helped me change up all my plans, 3 weeks before the wedding and made it all work, and got everything we needed, again during a pandemic and a global floral shortage, amazing. Everything was absolutely magical and everything we had dreamed about since the very beginning.

Kayli is absolutely wonderful, so creative, has an amazing eye for design, and gets creative with your budget where needed to ultimately work magic to make your vision come to life.

I still have a hard time putting into words the delight and joy I felt holding Bloombar’s work in my hands on my wedding day. Kayli and her team's communication, talent, attention to detail, and passion for their craft is so inspiring and it was such an honor to work with them. It was such a magical experience to discover every carefully placed whimsical enchanting floral detail throughout the wedding. Everything was better than I could have even imagined!

The Bloom Bar saved the day and became our florist when our elopement was rescheduled due to COVID-19. Even though we had a very small ceremony, our arrangements were huge and absolutely beautiful--our arch, tabletop, bridal bouquet, and boutonniere made our day so much prettier. They completely understood the summer/cheery/bright 'vibe' I was looking for and the flowers lasted a pretty long time. They went above and beyond our expectations and we're so happy to have been able to work with them.

Bloom Bar - Kayli Head, the owner of Bloom Bar, is the only person you need to call for flowers. She was one of the first vendors we hired, and her mood board, based on my daughter’s vision, served as inspiration for everything else we chose. Even when Covid changed up the plans, Kayli handled it with ease and grace. The arrangements were beautiful - she put together a gorgeous layered display for the church and then repurposed it to the dinner afterwards for centerpieces and bar/sweetheart table. It was all perfect. My daughter loved her and how she pours her heart into her work.

I knew that Bloom Bar was my floral team when we had our consultation with Shandee. We laughed the hour away and she put every decoration and floral related questions I had to rest. My fiancé (then) and I had a small budget in mind and gave them what I thought was such an ambiguous vision, from my bouquet to the altar decoration. What Kayli and the Bloom Bar team created exceeded our expectations! The Bloom Bar team was such a joy to work with. They completed everything with such ease and professionalism, from the ceremony décor to the reception flip. They were so accommodating of any changes to our proposal a couple of weeks before the wedding day. Our guests, especially my mother and grandmother, couldn’t stop praising their beautiful work. My husband and I highly recommend Kayli and her team! They easily made our wedding day picture-perfect!

Kayli is an amazing artist! She and her team brought our space to life. They nailed all the details and even put in a custom art installation that was AMAZING!!! So so so happy with how everything turned out! Kayli was also very flexible and patient with indecisiveness!
