Hailey was the best decision I made about my wedding. After interviewing several day-of wedding coordinators, I left our intro call sooooo confident. During our initial conversation she asked some excellent questions that no one else had asked. I knew she was on her game. She was super flexible with our requests, really took the reigns over immediately. She was excellent at handling our vendors, communicating with our very large wedding party and decorated the venue perfectly. Her assistant Kirby was so sweet and kind. I truly enjoyed getting to know them and have them both be apart of our special memories. Thank you Hailey and Kirby for everything! Hailey was beyond amazing as our wedding planner. Our wedding was postponed three times due to the pandemic and tragically only a couple weeks before our reception my husband and I experienced an unthinkable tragedy. Despite all the challenges surrounding our event, Hailey handled everything for us with compassion, grace, organization, and kindness. She took so much time to understand every moving piece of the wedding; every vendor's contractual details, timeline organization, decoration visions, and so much more. Hailey is the sweetest and most organized planner. My original wedding planner had to drop-out due to some health issues about one month before our wedding and Hailey jumped in and completely stepped up to the plate. I was very nervous to start with a new planner but Hailey was well-prepared for all meetings and has such a warm demeanor that she put me at complete ease. She stayed in constant communication with me leading up to the wedding and seemed to always have every detail covered. On the day of our wedding, my now husband and I felt so relaxed because Hailey was on-time, organized and calming. She made sure we had time to enjoy every aspect of our wedding including enjoying all of our food and taking sneak peeks of the reception to cherish the moments before our guest stepped in. I highly recommend Hailey and I am truly thankful that we got to work with her.

Hailey played a huge role in making sure my wedding day ran smoothly, and she executed everything perfectly! We had clarified logistics for the day-of timeline through a couple of phone call check ins the weeks leading up to the wedding, and had a successful venue walk through that made sure myself, Hailey, and the venue event manager were all on the same page for everything from big picture concepts to the smallest details. Hailey provided so much support when we had to make a last minute switch to an indoor ceremony due to a hurricane, but she was able to pivot quickly and efficiently to make sure each part of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception was set up in the best way possible while also making sure vendors, like our catering team, were comfortable in the new set-up. Hailey was great to work with the weeks leading up to the wedding and is just an overall friendly and genuine person who loves what she does. I definitely couldn't have pulled off our big day without her support!
