My name is Brandon Tjaden, and I’m the proud owner of Great Beginnings DJ Service. My journey in the DJ industry began when I was just 12 years old, learning the art of music and entertainment from my dad and uncles, who were some of the best in the business. Over the past 25 years, I’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for my clients. As the owner and sole DJ of my company, I personally ensure that every event receives top-quality performance and attention to detail.

From the moment I got my first boom box, I knew I was destined to be a DJ. As a kid, I loved recording and splicing hits from the radio onto cassette tapes, creating mix CDs, and even selling them to classmates. By the time I reached high school, I was DJing my own school dances, and at just 16, I was already DJing weddings on my own.

As a wedding DJ, my mission is to craft an incredible and memorable experience for you and your guests. I focus on setting the perfect mood while being professional, timely, and prepared for any situation. Beyond playing great music, I take pride in helping coordinate the flow of your event, so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

My role goes far beyond simply spinning tracks. I’m here to entertain your guests, ensure the event runs seamlessly, provide MC services, and even assist with planning.
