The best location ever! Beautiful venue. I think I knew it was the one the first time I visited and we looked at 3 other venues. EVERYTHING went as smooth on the wedding day. The ceremony (which is the most important to me) and everything else went the way I wanted it to so I was very happy about that. I thought it was perfect!

I will definitely recommend you guys for anyone planning their weddings or other events. You are just simply the best! Their in-house vendors are fantastic to work with as well. Lakeside Gardens is set in a beautiful natural park like setting. We worked with Noel from the Lakeside staff. She was awesome! Kindra assisted Noel with our wedding. Lakeside Gardens support of my husband and me was beyond our expectations. Lakeside Gardens support of us as members of the LGBQT+ community was so important. Noel and the entire team made Aaron and me feel like family. Lakeside Gardens offers three bakers, three florists, multiple menus of food options and color schemes. Lakeside Gardens was the one stop wedding venue that we were looking for but had a hard time finding. If you are straight, LGBQT+, or something in-between, definitely meet with the Lakeside Gardens staff. Noel, Kindra and the other staff go above and beyond other venues. We toured 5 other venues; Lakeside Gardens beat them all!

This hidden gem is pure magic! Words cant describe just how much I love this place. I felt transported to a different dimension. One of serenity and peace. It made my guest take a quick long needed for some, romantic date. Taylor and Noelle were so helpful in the process. The food everyone raved about! They just made everything easy and stress free. It rained on my wedding day...yess it did. They were able to set up the ceremony indoors and magically turned it into the reception. The studio was loke a fair godmother in disguise. Hair and make up was just as I imagined and more. Thank you all for making my wedding dreams come true!

This is the most beautiful venue in the Portland area. We looked at them all. Food was amazing and Taylor was absolutely the best coordinator I have ever worked with. I will have all my events there.

Lakeside Gardens was a wonderful venue for our July 2023 wedding. They were exceptional to work with and made our day one to remember. We chose this venue because of the beautiful grounds, exceptional communication with the staff, and the inclusiveness of options that they provide. I never felt overwhelmed during the planning process thanks to Taylor, our day of coordinator. Our guests raved about the venue and loved the swan. I highly recommend Lakeside Gardens for your future venue needs.

Lakeside Gardens is definitely a great place to celebrate our union. Everything was turned out as what we wanted: decorations, the colors of our motif, bouquet and food. We would also like to commend how our wedding cake was done; its appearance and the taste were perfect.

Lakeside Gardens was a wonderful vendor to work with from the very beginning through the very end. We would choose them all over again if given the opportunity to re-do our wedding, and we recommend them to anyone in Oregon. What first stood out in comparison to other venues back when we started our search in January 2022 was that they were the most responsive venue, and they always responded with a warm and kind tone. We ended up signing papers at that time for our January 2023 wedding, and they remained just as responsive through the entire year. We had a lot of questions both in person and in emails, and they were always happy to thoroughly answer every single question. We never felt rushed when inquiring, and we were always made to feel comfortable, even with the questions we felt a little silly asking (having never planned a wedding before and also being quite risk-averse people generally). While we were assigned a specific event coordinator for our special day, there are multiple staff members, so on any given day that we reached out for something, our assigned coordinator was not necessarily working. That was never a problem though--whoever was working was happy to respond right away, at least to say that our coordinator would get back to them on their next working day, but usually to take care of our question or request right then. Further, their staff clearly has excellent communication and collaboration among each other, because they were always on the same page about details regarding our event, payment progress, etc., and they were all just as approachable and caring. Every planning decision was rooted in what my spouse and I wanted for our wedding (rather than anyone else's preferences), we felt listened to and cared for, and there were never any unanticipated surprises. The prices that we were quoted felt fair upon comparing with similar packages at other venues. Choosing an off-season date also helped us with affordability. We chose the Elopement Package, and it included everything that we wanted for our intimate gathering. The fact that we didn't have to go search for a baker for our cake or an officiant or ask for coffee and water and a champagne toast to be added, etc. really reduced potential stress on my spouse and I. Lakeside Gardens also works with vendors that made add-ons (such as photography and videography) super easy. As a result, we didn't have to coordinate details like arrival times, payments, or other logistics with those vendors like we would have if we selected outside vendors. The venue itself is also breathtaking. It is tucked away from the street, has a huge no-stress parking lot, a fountain, a lake, and live swans. There are lots of places for beautiful photo opportunities outside. Though we didn't choose to take advantage of it, there is also a tempting opportunity to stay overnight in that dream world adjacent to your event if it's available. That space was recently redone and looks beautiful. Not only was that on-site lodging space recently redone, but the inside of the event space of Lakeside Gardens was recently redone with fresh renovations and it looks outstanding!!! It is crisp bright white and modern looking with beautiful floors that would complement any event's color scheme. That extends into the bathrooms and bridal suite. When you pair those clean finishes with the scene outside of the big windows, it makes for a really lovely environment all around, no matter whether folks are inside or outside. We have already begun to recommend Lakeside Gardens to friends and family for their events, as they were incredible to work with. We built a lot of trust in them working with them for the full year, and our event itself was exactly what we planned for and agreed upon. We even got prompt follow up from Lakeside Gardens after the event, ensuring that everything was taken care of as expected. They also requested feedback on how they could improve (which is the mark of a business with excellent customer services), but we really couldn't ask for more. We 100% recommend Lakeside Gardens in Oregon for any event.

After touring several different venues for our June 2022 wedding, we ended up at Lakeside Gardens. It was one I had found online, and it ended up being the right choice for my bride and I. From the coordinator, Taylor, to our last minute changes, to accommodating our 70 guests and support staff, to the catered tabled dinner; the preceding rehearsal dinner; the two night stay on the unique and valuable honeymoon suite, the entire experience couldn't have been better. Words cannot convey, what a wonderful experience this was; and the number of compliments we've received from guests really tells the overall story. Unequivocally, the wedding wouldn't have been the same without choosing Lakeside Gardens, and having such fantastic in-house support team.

We chose lakeside gardens because we fell in love with it from the start! Taylor is AMAZING!!!!!!! Even when we were having doubts she honestly made everything so much easier!! She was professional, understanding, she met all of our needs! Everything we wanted, she made it happen! Even through our crazy busy wedding day, she was running around making sure that everything was perfect!!! We loved the venue on its own but if it wasn’t for Taylor we don’t even know how smooth things would go! Once again Taylor you are amazing and thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect! Also the food was top notch! AMAZING!!!! If we had to do it all over again we would definitely go with the same venue and only work with Taylor!! :))))

Taylor and the Lakeside Gardens team were instrumental in helping our wedding day go perfectly. We worked with several of Lakeside's vendors, greatly simplifying our planning ahead of time, and all of those vendors, plus the Lakeside team themselves, were very communicative and easy to work with, setting clear expectations and offering great suggestions to help everything go off without a hitch. Come rehearsal day, Taylor was great at wrangling our large wedding party (and assorted family along for the ride), and made things nice and easy for us. And on the wedding day itself, it was great knowing that she was working behind the scenes to keep everything running - my bride and I didn't have to worry about anything once the dominos were set up, we were just along for the wonderful ride. I would gladly recommend Lakeside Gardens to any friends or family considering a wedding in the Portland area.
