Grant Station Events is a Central Florida based wedding venue sporting a rustic barn and delightful Southern charm. Established in 1893, this historic barn property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Choose between the rustic atmosphere of their reclaimed barn or the waterfront location for a tropical island feel. Either way you’ll have access to their private bridal room to get ready for you wedding day with your closest people.

Facilities and Capacity
Grant Station Events offers two different event spaces for you to choose from on your wedding day. Their reclaimed barn holds up to 130 guests and is given endless character by its high, arched ceilings and antique chandeliers. For outdoor weddings, get married in lush greenery for a breezy, tropical style atmosphere. When it comes to getting ready, you’ll be able to use their charming cottage just beyond the barn.

Perfect Barn Wedding!

We had a perfect day here and would recommend the Barn at Grant Station to any couple looking for a wedding venue in Melbourne, FL.


Weddings these days are obviously a stressful time with the COVID impact. With the help of Cassie and her team, we were able to have a beautiful wedding without thinking of any of the stresses of the pandemic. We had roughly a 70 person wedding and there was plenty of room inside the barn for everyone without feeling crowded. The barn is decorated with dozens of unique chandeliers, and we loved them. Our ceremony took place down a garden pathway at an outdoor beach-like altar. There was a very nicely kept, house for the groomsmen and bridesmaids to prepare for the wedding on the day of. It's also well decorated with plenty of mirrors and A/C for those summer weddings!

Cassie made the entire process very simple, and we really appreciated that. Anytime we needed assistance, the Barn at Grant Station was very accommodating and responsive. You also can't look past the amazing BBQ at the restaurant onsite. Amazing food!

Wedding - 2026!

We had the most incredible experience with The Barn at Grant Station for our wedding venue and catering. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting for our day. Everything was organized so seamlessly, which made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.

Cassie was especially amazing to work with. Since we were planning our wedding from two different states, we expected the process to be stressful—but she made it the complete opposite. Cassie was always available by phone or email and consistently responded quickly whenever we had questions. She guided us through every step and truly made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

On the day of the wedding, everything came together perfectly. We received so many compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue was, and the food was absolutely amazing. It was clear that the entire team cares deeply about making each couple’s day special.

We feel so blessed to have worked with such a wonderful team and couldn’t recommend The Barn at Grant Station more. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with incredible service and delicious catering, this is the place!

Denim, Diamond & Pearl Birthday Ball

I celebrated my 70th birthday at The Barn. It was the perfect venue for my Denim & Diamond theme. The crystal chandeliers, fairy lights and size were enchanting. I hosted 50 of my closest friends for a catered (Fuego & Salt) dinner and dancing (DJ Cowboy Bob) evening. Cassie was incredible to work with…always attentive to all my questions and concerns. Everyone had a fabulous time and it will be a night I’ll always remember.

Beautiful garden ceremony and barn reception

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The garden ceremony location is magical at sunset with the sun peaking through the trees and all of the lovely plants lining the paver walkway. The barn and patio area really work great for the layout. The gorgeous chandeliers are my favorite part! Cassie the event coordinator really does a great job at making sure everything is correct and she was very responsive to my many emails and questions.

Some things I had concerns with were bugs, the train and the weather. I can confidently tell you we did not have one bug as they do spray and maintain the property very well. The train literally passes within seconds and once the music is on you don’t even think about it. The weather was perfect for our March wedding.

I was so pleased with my wedding at grant station. It is truly a beautiful and affordable option. I would highly recommend this lovely venue!

Magical Venue

The Barn at Grant Station was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding day. Cassie is awesome and was a huge help throughout the process and day of. The place is magical and we all had such an awesome time celebrating. The guests were all raving about everything from the ceremony to the reception. Such an awesome venue, made our special day magical!

Wedding!!!

We recently got married on September 20, 2024 and our special day was nothing short of magical. Our wedding was perfect! I would highly recommend the Barn at Grant Station!! Cassie and Judy were amazing to communicate with they, answered all my questions leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day and made booking our wedding here so easy! Cassie met with me multiple times so that I could see the venue more than once! I couldn’t have imagined a better venue or day!!

Amazing Wedding Venue

I recently got married here on February 25th and it was everything I could ever imagine and more. Cassie is absolutely amazing and the whole staff was very helpful. The food was amazing as well! I highly recommend!

Beautiful, elegant barn venue!

Staff was very easy to reach, let us tour multiple times, and the wedding was PERFECT! The barn is so beautiful!! Unique and gorgeous chandeliers, lit-up barn with twinkle lights, and gorgeous large barn doors. We used it for our reception, but they offer a beautiful ceremony area and the groom/bridal cottage is so gorgeous! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend for any couple!!
