We had a perfect day here and would recommend the Barn at Grant Station to any couple looking for a wedding venue in Melbourne, FL.
Weddings these days are obviously a stressful time with the COVID impact. With the help of Cassie and her team, we were able to have a beautiful wedding without thinking of any of the stresses of the pandemic. We had roughly a 70 person wedding and there was plenty of room inside the barn for everyone without feeling crowded. The barn is decorated with dozens of unique chandeliers, and we loved them. Our ceremony took place down a garden pathway at an outdoor beach-like altar. There was a very nicely kept, house for the groomsmen and bridesmaids to prepare for the wedding on the day of. It's also well decorated with plenty of mirrors and A/C for those summer weddings!
Cassie made the entire process very simple, and we really appreciated that. Anytime we needed assistance, the Barn at Grant Station was very accommodating and responsive. You also can't look past the amazing BBQ at the restaurant onsite. Amazing food!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The garden ceremony location is magical at sunset with the sun peaking through the trees and all of the lovely plants lining the paver walkway. The barn and patio area really work great for the layout. The gorgeous chandeliers are my favorite part! Cassie the event coordinator really does a great job at making sure everything is correct and she was very responsive to my many emails and questions.
Some things I had concerns with were bugs, the train and the weather. I can confidently tell you we did not have one bug as they do spray and maintain the property very well. The train literally passes within seconds and once the music is on you don’t even think about it. The weather was perfect for our March wedding.
I was so pleased with my wedding at grant station. It is truly a beautiful and affordable option. I would highly recommend this lovely venue! -

My wedding day was the most beautiful magical day at the barn. Cassie and Judy made sure my husband and I had the most seamless day. I would choose the barn at grant station 1000 times over again. -

Wedding!!!
We recently got married on September 20, 2024 and our special day was nothing short of magical. Our wedding was perfect! I would highly recommend the Barn at Grant Station!! Cassie and Judy were amazing to communicate with they, answered all my questions leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day and made booking our wedding here so easy! Cassie met with me multiple times so that I could see the venue more than once! I couldn’t have imagined a better venue or day!! -

Best day ever!
When you have a wedding it’s supposed to be the best day ever and it ABSOLUTELY was!!! Cassie at the grant station was so much help with everything and any questions I had she was there to answer them! Thank you for being a part of my big day it was amazing!!!! -

Elegant barn style
I loved everything about this place from the moment I walked in. The actual barn is beautiful and the hanging chandeliers add the perfect touch of magic. Then you walk down a beautiful jungle like path to an adorable ceremony area that could really be dressed up or kept simple with decorations. There's an wonderful little vintage style cottage in this area for the men and ladies to get ready at. They were very easy to work with especially cassie who was flexible with meetings. I couldn't imagine getting married any place else. Perfect place for a smaller wedding

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Cassie is wonderful and had pointed me in the direction of Marie Nicole to plan my wedding! Best decision ever! The cottage to get ready in is perfect! No less during our ceremony the sun was shining at the perfect time! The barn is beautiful! Everything was perfect! -

Best day ever! Our wedding at Grant Station exceeded all of our expectations and dreams, was our fairy tale wedding! After lots of searching and frustrations we found this gem and couldn't have been more thankful. The venue is beautiful, located right along the river. It was so convenient and such a stress relief to be able to do everything in one place and not worry about travel or running around... to get ready there, and have the ceremony and reception. We rented out the cottage as well. Very much recommend the cottage! It's the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready in. We had hair and make up stylist there to help get ready with 10 of us and it was perfect. It's so pretty in there it provided a great place for pictures too! Theres also an area for the men! The ceremony area is surrounded by trees, simple and beautiful. The barn is fabulous. We didnt have a rustic barn theme for our wedding, and it provided the perfect setting for our simple elegant wedding. Venue is so beautiful you can leave as is or theres plenty of room and ideas available for decorating to create your vision. We also had rib city, their restaurant, cater the event and the food was delicious! Amazing. Everyone loved it and couldn't rave more about it! It was a nice change from the traditional pick of meat, chicken or fish that most of our guests were used to. We had alot of out of state guests, so having all in one place was great, and we couldn't have picked a better place. Cassie, the venue specialist is AMAZING. She was always available to answer any questions very quickly, offered many ideas, was there thru the whole process and helped make our dream become a reality. She also was a huge part in making sure our day flowed smoothly, and was there every step of the way. The location and venue sells itself, but Cassie was a huge part of our decision to have our wedding with Grant Station. It was everything she said it would be and more. We highly recommend Grant Station for any Wedding. There's no words for how amazing our experience with Grant Station and Cassie was, thank you both for giving us a beyond our dreams experience. -

My Son's Wedding
My son and his wife decided on using Grant Station as the location for their wedding and I could not be more pleased with the event. Cassie the event coordinator was always available for any questions we had and was at the event the entire time to make sure everything turned out well. The cottage they offer for the bride and her maids was just the right place for everyone to get ready. We were able to decorate the "Barn" the way we wanted for the reception and we also had Rib City, the attached restaurant, cater the reception. the food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the people were great especially Cassie. I would recommend using Grant Station to anyone who is looking for a venue for their wedding and reception. -

Celeste Sent on 03/23/2018My husband and I booked the grant station for our wedding and we are so thrilled that we chose this venue! Our guests loved the atmosphere, my bridal party had a blast getting ready in the beautiful bridal cottage, and the ceremony site surrounded by nature is so pretty! We booked in June and had our wedding in March and throughout all of our planning Cassie was constantly in touch with us and very helpful. She made the experience as stress-free as possible and I certainly appreciated that! We hired Rib city’s bartenders and they provided excellent service. It was also refreshing to find such a gorgeous venue at at lower price than most wedding venues in Brevard. We will never forget how beautiful our wedding was here, highly recommended for any soon to be married couples!

Holiday party in the barn
Had our annual holiday party in the barn at rib city. Best party ever! Food was fabulous as always, staff were attentive, and venue was perfectly rustic. Cassie took care of everything we needed to host our party of 120 guests, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Our small concern about fitting everyone inside was quickly wiped away once we toured the inside. There was plenty of room for seating plus the center was available for dancing. The lighting created the perfect atmosphere and helped accent our own decorations. Our employees had a blast and commented that it was one of our best parties yet! Will definitely be back! -
