There aren't enough words in this box to explain how grateful we are for the experience Gracious Thyme provided for our winter wedding in Brooklyn. From the tasting experience in the summer to the final touches that night, everything was executed to perfection. I have rarely been to weddings where the food was memorable but we have received countless compliments about the quality of the food and service. They are flexible and thoughtful when designing your menu and overall look and are willing to work with other vendors as needed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Working with Lisa was an absolute pleasure. I live in SF and was getting married in NYC with a four-month engagement, and really needed a caterer who I could be in touch with remotely. She responded to email promptly, helped design a dream menu, and even sent me macaroons as a consolation when I couldn't fly to NYC for the tasting (my lucky fiance got to go). The food was delicious, the place settings were lovely, and the servers were gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

We worked with Nancy Scocozza and she was amazingly helpful with planning the menus and coordinating the rentals. The food is wonderfully delicious, and the professionalism of their entire staff was commented on by many of our guests. The chef even worked with us beforehand to prepare a special hors d'oeuvre that is a favorite of ours, and we were able to serve it to our guests. Everything with Gracious Thyme was a pleasure, and they were also very helpful in working with us to stay within our budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
