Caryn is a best-in-class event coordinator and absolutely amazing at what she does. I was a Senior Event Manager in hotels for over 10 years, so I have a lot of planning experience and worked with a lot of planners over the years. I truly mean it when I say she is the best I have ever worked with. She planned and executed our event flawlessly. She started working at our wedding venue half way through our planning timeline, which is usually a difficult time to take over an event. That was not the case for Caryn, the transition was seamless and she hit the ground running. It felt like she was with us since day one..she never missed a beat. She went above & beyond on every request & thought of literally everything. She was a dream to work with, but more importantly, she was very fair, honest, knowledgable, and flexible. Our wedding unfortunately fell in the peak of the omicron wave, we had so many people cancelling last minute and a lot of details changing due to covid. I don't think we could have made it happen without her. There are so many moving parts during a wedding, including all of the staff & other things behind the scenes, and she managed everything so well. Since I am very familiar with the industry, I know what can go wrong and I would not change one thing regarding the execution of our wedding because of Caryn’s professionalism. Caryn is AMAZING! We worked with her as our wedding coordinator, and she majorly exceeded our expectations. She was on top of everything and made the entire wedding planning process enjoyable and easy. We made a somewhat last-minute decision to switch the buttercream icing flowers on our cake to real flowers, and she was on it! She worked with the florist and made it happen.
