An AMAZING place to get my dress! EVERYONE was friendly and accommodating, helped my mother and me pick out the perfect dress. We WILL be going back for the groom's and groomsmen suits!

I was late on pretty much everything that has to do with my wedding...... so I thought. After talking to a young lady there she assured me that an ordered wedding dress does NOT take a year to get it (like on the shows) and also my bridesmaids could come in just a month. Because of her, the pressure is off and I'm no longer bridezilla! I would highly recommend this family owned business to lessen your stress.

Gipper did a great job with the suits for our groomsmen! Other companies were trying to charge us over $250 for suit rental for a day. Gipper gave us a great deal, worked with us to match colors exactly, and were so easy to work with and kind. We loved working with them, and as long as we are in the area will be using them for rental needs in the future as well!

We were unsure at first about going with a smaller business for our tuxedos, but we were impressed with Gipper's prices, selection, and customer service. The suits were well made and well fitted. I really appreciated that they were also able to fit my sister for a tuxedo even though other companies told us she would not be able to wear one. Great service.

Absolutely disgusted. My twin 18 year old girls where told to leave today because they where not buying prom dresses today only trying on to get ideas of what they might like. We told them to take pics to shorten the buying process later. We will be going somewhere else to make the purchases. They did however state the sales associate was very good the manager was unprofessional and unfriendly as she told them to leave. This occurred in Crystal Lake at 3:45.

I was told my dress would be in in a week.....it took a total of 6 weeks. Every time I called to find out where my dress was, they never had an answer. I was always told they were going to call to find out and then they would call me back. they NEVER called me back. They had ZERO customer service. The same exact thing happened with my veil. Thankfully everything came in correctly, but there service was terrible!
