Teresa and Cynthia (Game Day Weddings) were very professional and organized. They were flexible with their schedules based on our needs. They provided a very detailed schedule for the day of which limited the amount of stresses. They coordinated multiple conference calls with our various vendors to make sure all parties knew where they stood and the timing of everything. I never had to wait on responses as they were very quick to respond and were very knowledgeable. On the day of, they where very attentive and organized and were quick to handling issues from some of our guest showing up late. Not only did they help with the Pre Work and Day of cooridnationg but ultimately helped with cleaning everything up to make sure we got back everything that was ours at the venue.

I hired their company for day of coordination services only, but they also helped with recommendations for other local vendors, met with me prior to the wedding to discuss timelines, and attended and directed rehearsal the day before. On the day of, they took care of many behind the scenes situations which allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding day! Both were friendly, helpful, organized, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with. Money well spent!

If you already have an event style, they work with you to make your dreams come true, make great suggestions, handle rentals, coordinate with vendors, and much more; they keep you focused and stress free. Before I even began wedding planning I knew I wanted a day-of planner, specifically so that the day of my wedding there would be less stress; for me, my mom, my now husbands mom, families, bridesmaids etc. I completely underestimated how much I would appreciate Teresa and Cynthia from Game Day Weddings by the end of the day October 7th. They kept in close touch for weeks prior to the wedding via text, phone calls and emails, making me think about things that hadn't crossed my mind and easing my mind about what I wasn't sure would work out. I always would tell my fiancé afterwards that I felt so much better and less stressed after talking with them. Our rehearsal could have been the longest and most chaotic ever if Teresa and Cynthia wouldn't have been there. Organized, efficient yet responsive to everyone's opinions and ideas. The day of, they arranged the venue in a way I would have myself, it was perfect. They kept the evening flowing and helped get us back on track when the crowd was pulling us in every direction. They were so upbeat the entire time, so professional and their experience in the planning business makes every one else's experience with them an everlasting memory. We got married at The Barn at Timbercreek, and are so thankful that their services were a part of the package! We actually thought we didn’t need a wedding coordinator, now I can’t imagine how our wedding would’ve gone without Teresa and Cynthia there to guide us. They provided invaluable insight not just in the arrangements and etiquette, but they also kept track of the vendors, and of course the itinerary. They were able to keep things moving throughout the night and advised us on how to alter our timeline based on when the guests were leaving, etc. We also had a last minute issue with the officiant, and they, along with Whitney from the Barn, were able to find an alternate on the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend that every couple hire a coordinator and am confident in saying that anyone would be good hands with Game Day Weddings.

Game Day Weddings scores!!! My daughter was just married at The Barn at Timber Creek, and afterwards she described it as a "storybook wedding," thanks to Cynthia and Teresa of Game Day Weddings! My daughter had planned an outdoor wedding with a reception inside the barn; however, rain caused us to change our plans the day of the rehearsal. Teresa and Cynthia quickly adapted for a ceremony indoors and made the necessary adjustments so that the buffet dinner reception with dancing flowed smoothly as well. Everything was well planned, occurred at a comfortable pace, and the evening had a natural rhythm. It is evident that Game Day Weddings has great working relationships with area vendors! They support the dreams of young couples, and work diligently to make sure all of the details are covered. When Kimberly of Dream a Little Dream Weddings failed to make it to the rehearsal, Teresa and Cynthia began trouble-shooting and were able to locate a replacement minister in time for the ceremony. I highly recommend Game Day Weddings because they do everything possible, even when emergencies pop up, to make your special day truly magical!!!
