About Frosted Confetti
I was born and raised here in San Antonio. I grew up watching my mother create beautiful wedding and birthday cakes, weekend after weekend in our kitchen. She also taught cake decorating classes at night. I would decorate plates and pretend to be just like her. As I got older she let me decorate my own birthday cakes! How fun is that, right? Once I started my Junior year in high school, I joined Culinary Arts. At 16, I was interning at a few bakeries through school and that landed me the postion of an Assistant to the Pastry Chef at The Hilton, Palacio Del Rio. I loved it there and learned SO much from some amazingly talented Chef's! At 18, I started working at a local family owned bakery and I was their main Cake Decorator. When I married my high school sweetheart in 2008, I found my passion for party planning. We are now blessed with 2 boys and I am happy to be able to now do what I LOVE full-time. I am a Do-It- Yourself addict and I love all things that scream PARTY!!
